You are not providing the service I am paying for AC goesw out and you refuse to cove it!

Buddy is great to work with. He makes the warranty process very easy. This is the second time he has set up an RV warranty for me.

So far, this has been a very simple and easy thing to set up. I don’t know how good they are for their warranties yet cause I haven’t had to use it, but Buddy was very polite and helpful.

Steve was easy to work with and patient to the nth degree, regardless of the questions and concerns. Their reputation is what got me make the phone call, and I was not disappointed. The cost was less than what the dealership I purchased by motorcoach through wanted to charge me for an extended warranty. The only complaint is that the contract, which is very extensive is not written in plain English, it is written in the normal and expected legalese.

I’ve had a Wholesale Warranty on my Airstream Rv for 3 years. They have been consistently fantastic this whole time. Claims are simple and they work well with vendors and repair people. For instance, I had an a/c unit start making a bad noise. After a mobile Rv tech looked at it, he said the compressor went out. I called WW and they said “no problem- we’ll cover a new one.” Within a few days, the new unit was received and installed. They also work with the dealers to cover the little things that go wrong with travel trailers. I have recommended them to several Airstream friends and other, and will continue to highly recommend them I also plan to renew my coverage with them when the time comes.

Wholesale Warranties has covered me for many years and Stephen has been my primary contact through all those years and contracts. He has been invaluable through all my questions. He has provided guidance as I searched for the proper people to talk with for my questions. He has provided reminders when the time for action was needed as my warranty expiration dates approached or when some action was needed on my part to keep things flowing smoothly.

Second, everyone I have ever talked with at Wholesale Warranties has been tremendously helpful when I needed it. They have always been polite and respectful. They have all made me feel that my business is appreciated. I have never felt that Wholesale Warranties feels that customer service is an expense that needs to be minimized at any opportunity. At Wholesale Warranties, I have never had to talk with an agent that could speak English but, because of cultural differences, I could not understand. I have never had trouble understanding the person that I called due to poor telephone equipment at the agent’s end of the call. These may seem like small things. But to the customer each one is a major thing. I call for help, guidance and/or clarification on an issue. I have always received competent, courteous and complete resolution on every issue. The resolution, at times, may not have been the one I had expected. But I have never felt cheated out taken advantage of.

I consider my relationship with Wholesale Warranties as a partnership. The customer and the provider share the common goal of maintaining my RV in the most cost effective manner possible. And, I am very satisfied in this partnership and relationship.

The ease of applying for a warranty was very easy. Steve advised step by step the initial process leading to the inspection.
Post inspection, Danielle carried the process to completion. When the address needed a very minor correction, she had an updated contract sent in what seemed less than a minute.
Overall, the whole experience was outstanding. Now I have added peace of mind RVing.
