Stephen Motz has been very responsive and helpful whenever I’ve called in the past 12 years.

They were easy to work with and helped all the way.
They explained everything and made the process simple. I have not had to make a claim yet and hope I never have to but if I do I will update this on the claims side of the reviews.

I was contacted by David Johnson and he was very helpful and professional David sent me a very comprehensive quote for my review. I called David with a few questions and he answered them in detail which allowed me to make the decision to except the quote.

The salesperson Michael was great to work with and the person that came out to inspect the RV was efficient and very helpful. Overall a very easy process and the benefits seem to be very good as well.

Agent was very responsive to my questions regarding plan coverage.

I dropped off my RV and the technician was doing some cabinet repairs. I asked he check the exhaust fans (3 of them) and he diagnosed that 2 of the exhaust fans motors were out. The RV repair facility contacted my warranty company and they approved the e news motors. When the parts came in they were installed and all I paid was the deductible. Easy process and warranty covered what they were supposed to cover. Very happy with Wholesale Warranties…this was the 3rd time I had to use them in the first 6 months of purchasing my warranty and all of my claims have been this simple.

I have been surprisingly pleased with wholesale warranties. This is the first time I have bought an extended warranty for an RV. I have had 3 claims in the last 1.5 years and they all went through without any issues. My repair guy handles the process for me, he has never mentioned anything, so I assume all has been good.

Dave Johnson is a nice knowledgeable sales person. I have worked with him several times. Price is a little high, but coverage is good. Would recommend for anyone wanting an extended service plan.

Our refrigerator suddenly quit on us and we were in a panic as our LUXE is our home. We were able to troubleshoot the problem to the inverter before I even remembered that we had the Wholesale Warranty. We had not used it previously and have to say the process went remarkably well! The details and payment were worked out directly with the repair company, we paid our deductible and some miscellaneous fees not covered under the warranty.

Although I have at least broken even on my Wholesale Warranty investment in my current contract, there were at least 50% of the engagements that caused unnecessary aggravation or heartburn. About midway through my contract, it began to appear to me that when submitting a claim there was an immediate focus by WW on issues/reasons that a claim could not be considered. Not every RV tragedy plays out the same, has the same timeline and steps to resolution. WW often seemed inflexible even when I was taking steps to save me and them
money. When bad things happen and you are fighting with a dealer to obtain parts and make timely repairs while manipulating future plans to avoid a financial loss, the last thing you need is additional challenges that hold-up progress and timely resolution. Repair facilities are overwhelmed and on a tight timeline to complete your work and start on the next job. If you want to blow up the whole process and anger them, simply ask the repair facility to pause their work until you hear back from WW. In my most recent situation, it took just shy of 2 weeks to gain a response from WW, and neither I nor the facility could sit idle that long. One repair facility even charged me an extra $100 to deal with WW for coverage which says it all. In summary, when an RV tragedy occurs, I need an advocate more than another adversary. I appreciate the coverage WW offered, but the process could be more user friendly and efficient.

We have had two claims so far this year. WW covered both. We received the reimbursement check very quickly. They have been very responsive to emails and calls. Very satisfied so far going with WW.

Great experience from beginning to end. Only had to provide the tech the info for the warranty and everything was through the tech and Wholesale Warranties. Exactly how an extended warranty should be. Would highly recommend Wholesale Warranties.

I used the intranet researched about rv warrantys and purchased one from Wholesale warranties instead of from the dealer.

Wholesale Warranties will not cover a broken black tank valve cable sheath as it was repaired without any parts required. I also have the mobile repair option. They say if it was covered they would have only paid for one hour of labor at $120.00. The mobile repair had a large trip charge in the $320 repair total cost. Jimmy at was the agent at WW that said would not be paid. They also have not returned my call about the issue.

I sense I wasted $4,000 on this warranty.

I had the best experience with my past RV extended warranty. They are very professional and honest. Their services are very cost effective. This was my third RV warranty with them.

Authorization for repairs was approved quickly as was payment after work was completed.

I was able to get refund on warranty on RV traded in. Wholesale Warranties put refund toward new RV I was getting covered by them. Jim made the transaction seem less. Very patient with my decision process and dealing with our out of service days. We are in the mountains some days and hard to reach. Jim kept his agreed upon dates to get back with me. Very informative and zero pressure to purchase, so I purchased.
