I placed an order on December 8,2025. I thought I would get the order in time for Christmas. It is now January 8, 2026 and I still don't have my order, or refund. I get tracking updates, but, if I knew it was coming from Belgium and stayed in Belgium, for weeks, I never would have ordered. Now, when and if, the order comes, I have to mail them to recipients.

First I was overcharged by $15+. I was told it would be refunded but never saw it in my account.

The email used for company “support” has no identifying details, such as what employee I’m emailing with and there is no phone number listed.

Then I received the order after 30 days, when the website stated the items would come from a “local warehouse”. The website sizing and description was inaccurate so the pants didn’t fit and are poor quality. The packaging was flimsy, so the bras I purchased were mis-shapen from being bent so much over the month it took them to arrive. The bras also had bad seems and were scratchy - they were overall poor quality. They refused to do a return even though the website says “money back guarantee “ and returns may occur within 14 days. I was still under 14 days of having received my items, but customer service said it would be too costly to send it back to China.

I was first offered $5 for the issues, then $7 when I said that wasn’t enough. Eventually I was offered and accepted $15, but my order was $50+.

This is essentially a company I would avoid buying anything from!
