2nd tries a charm
Original code did not work. I left a poor review explaining the issue and they reached out with a new code that did work. Giving them a 4 star since they did fix the issue, but the "code has already been used" should not occur in the first place.

MAK Keys don't work after purchase.
In March 2025 I ordered 2 MAKs of 500 Office Standard 2024 MAK Keys. I have been using one key for our company PCs for the past 10 months. This week March 10, 2026 the our first MAK KEY said no licenses available. I went to use the 2nd MAK key and that had no licenses available. That isn't prossible. Their support said all licenses were used up and that they only offer a 1 month warranty? I wasn't the one that used the licenses. It appears they resell portions of larger MAKs. Their support said when they checked all licenses were used. How can they see that? When I asked for an audit they said they can't do that for privacy? What? I bought the MAK Keys so I should be able to be provided that detail. Suspect ethical business practices.

Hi, we’re sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience.
We do want to clarify a few important points. Microsoft MAK keys are one-time activation keys with a preset activation allowance, and each activation counts against that total. Microsoft also notes that the activation total does not always match purchased seat quantity exactly, and significant hardware changes can require reactivation.
Our support team can verify activation usage because Microsoft’s licensing tools show activation counts and remaining activations for a MAK. However, that is not the same as a device-by-device audit report. In practice, the tools available to the key holder show usage totals and status, but not a customer-facing machine history report we can disclose in the way you requested.
Because MAK keys can activate multiple systems, they should always be stored in a secure location and accessed only by authorized staff. This helps prevent unintended use, sharing, or loss of control over activations.
In your case, the order was placed in March 2025 and the issue was raised about 10 months later, which is outside our 1-month warranty period. We absolutely understand the disappointment, but the claim that we engage in unethical business practices is not accurate.
