No support, made in China products. No Refund, and rude people. Wish I read the BBB reviews.

I chose to cut the landline but needed a dedicated cellular line for the home security system. As any smart consumer would do, I researched various products/services and came across the Ally (Whoop Connect) product. I keyed up my online order and thought I paused it as I considered another product. That wasn't the case as my my order of $263.69 was accidently submitted May 26, 2025 and the product shipped next day. The product arrived within a few days just ahead of a competitor product. I carefully unpackaged the contents, examined for quality and then tested to see how well it connected to the local cell service which could be spotty. Recognizing it wasn't the product I intended to order and use, I carefully repackaged the product immediately for return. It was in perfect condition and when it arrived back at their warehouse on June 18, 2025, there were no condition issues. It is now February 7, 2026 and I have not received any refund. I met all the criteria for returning the product with authorization, timing and condition. Their customer service stated several times they would correct the situation and still no solution. If A refund may have won me over as a future customer and others like me. There is no doubt that mint condition (new) unit was resold and they have made more profit. Where is the integrity and trustworthiness of Whoop Connect (Ally)? You should consider this feedback when you evaluate their products.

I enjoy using this service. I wouldn't be able to connect without it.

How can I m as ke calls from my device

The tablet they send you has built in spam in it. The tablet has apps that cannot be removed. I have to go to Apps show system Apps then temporarily disable System UI while using the tablet. I would not recommend this tablet or company. They are horrible

Eric Schouten eric-AT-whoopinternational.com is the CEO of Whoop Connect. They're not an American company but scam artist from the Netherlands. They "purchased" subpar tablets made in China that have over 22,000 hidden support complaints. The benchmark speed is less than 3 turtles. Any tablets found on Ebay should be avoided. These tablets were part of a government-run program called the Affordable Connectivity Program or ACP. That program ended on June 1, 2024. whoopinternational.com is trying to unload them for under 30.00 US but it's not worth the postage. The Android version is outdated and can't be upgraded. In short, it's cyber-trash.

Great love it i can take it anywhere

The whoop is worth the money, however when you have a query it takes days before customer service get back to you. 2 weeks later still waiting for the query to be sorted out.

I'm new to Whoopi connect. I ordered the bus from one address to the other. My 15 yr old son and I were standing in the rain for about 20 mins until I received a txt stating that we'd missed the bus as we weren't at pick up point. I called spoke to lady who wasn't sympathetic to our situation told me the bus will be there in 15 min at the crn of two streets. Pouring now we walked the the crn where we were told to be only to look at the website and see it was the other end of the street.... So I attempted to call to let driver know where we were and the office kept putting my calls to message bank. During this time our bag broke, we dropped a brand new sausage roll maker my son wanted for ages. Frustrated as hell we got in and tried to explain to the driver why we were so upset appart from the obvious being drenched. The driver didn't want to know them threatened us that he didn't have put up with us. So, I told him to pull over and exited his vehicle. After paying $7. I refuse point blank to use this service again. I feel this was an absolute nightmare using this service.

Good customer service; personally, the Whoop wasn’t the right fit for me. I think the Whoop is a great choice if you want to achieve specific goals in sports, but for a highly dedicated athlete, it may not be enough. Customer service was helpful and responded to my questions promptly. Reliable company!

My tablet is broke won't charge how do I get a replacement

The website is pretty straight forward but support needs work I never got my first question and it lead me to stuff I never asked be prepared for not getting your questions answered they reply but give you what you not looking for with no answer now I don't want to purchase anything from whoop. Going over my portfolio for more information that is related to this problem
