Ordered a couple of things from labubu to the valentine grumpipi everything authentic comes well boxed and in really good postage times

Requested shipping update multiple times over the course of multiple weeks. Met with excuses like holiday season and time zone differences and ultimately no response. “Evidence” of an update submitted the night before their PayPal deadline, which seemed like another attempt to delay the refund. In less than 30 minutes, PayPal decided I won the case and refunded me. Took almost 2 months to get my money back, from order date at end of November to refund resolution at end of January.

I haven't received my package yet, so untill now. I do like the prices and the fact you can get the whole set.

Orders come in less than 14 days to the UK (10 days on average) and are packaged well with little to no damage on the box. I have ordered multiple times from Whoopea and have always been happy with communication and service. My number one place to buy difficult to source authentic items. Very happy!

I orderer a blind box and It was stuck in the 'unfulfilled' state for a month.I decided to contact them(pls contact the thru mail cuz they dont check other messages).Turns out the delivery company doesnt ship to my country anymore.So I immediately got a refund!...Im sad that I couldn't get it tho😭

I don’t usually do reviews but I felt so disappointed that I’m compelled to write one now. Purchased a set of the Naruto Beast Party V2 (EAKI/Top Toy) and from the first blind box I opened I could already tell they were fake/dupes. The figures had no symmetry, for instance the legs were crooked and/or uneven. Some of the heads were tilted and couldn’t be adjusted. The clothes were not the same as the images or as intended, for instance Sasuke’s and Orochimarus’s rope was tied sloppily and very much not like the images. There’s misprint in the faces of the vinyl. The tags were smooth and felt paper like. Lastly, Tsunade’s character card was missing from the box, this was the nail in the coffin. I searched for it thinking I just dropped it but it just did not exist. They’re mostly made of the same material but one can easily tell they are fake/dupe from their assembly. Ive sent them an email regarding a possible return but I doubt they will because despite having photos for proof, I should have definitely recorded a video of the unboxing as per their return policy. I trusted their onsite reviews too much and that’s my mistake. They’re ultimately a reseller so I’m not sure what their process was for authenticating this series but still very much unacceptable and disappointing. I suggest anyone who may try to buy from this website to proceed with plenty of caution and record videos as a precaution. They need to do better with either authenticating or if they know it’s fake/dupes shouldn’t even be selling.

I've bought several times and I've never been disappointed. Fast delivery and the package's always arrive in good condition. All of them are genuine products. My favourite has to be kimmon's. The rage of products you can get is the best I've found. You won't be disappointed if you purchase from whoopea.

Items are expensive, take a long time to arrive, and arrived broken (faces were popped off and floating in the bag) in boxes that seemed to be resealed with a thin layer of glue. They insist on seeing a video of the unboxing to offer a refund, offering only 1/4 of what was paid as a “goodwill gesture”. I spent a LOT of money with them and am so disappointed.

I have a valid reason to believe Whoopea is buying defective products from Popmart for lower price and reselling them for full/upped prices. Rubbed off/missing paint is a universal experience of all purchasers I’ve known so far.

At first, people were blaming the shipping, however, considering their beyond sketchy and (at least in my country) illegal return policy, I believe they’re more than aware of their products being defective. Unless you don’t have to, I suggest you make your purchase elsewhere.

Bought a blindbox as a Christmas present for someone and it arrived already opened.. they made no effort in resealing or anything and it was delivered by Royal Mail so I know Royal Mail didn’t open it. It was clearly opened before it even got packaged.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

My first experience with Whoopea will also be my last — and here’s why:

I ordered a collectible set worth over £100. When it finally arrived, it was a health hazard, not a collectible. The cans inside were rusted, leaking scented liquid, and the entire box smelled like a chemical spill. This wasn’t “a little shipping damage.” Rust does not develop overnight — meaning they knowingly sent a defective, old, and compromised product.

When I contacted customer service, they didn’t apologize — they blamed international shipping. According to Whoopea, the product magically rusted and liquified in one week on a plane. Science would like a word.

Their solution?
A 50% refund — on a product that is 100% ruined and entirely unusable.

They even had the audacity to ask whether I had filmed the unboxing. Because yes, apparently customers are expected to record every single online purchase, just in case Whoopea sends garbage and refuses accountability.

Their Terms & Conditions? Paper thin excuses designed to protect them — not their customers.

Their final stance:
🚩 No responsibility.
🚩 No replacement.
🚩 No accountability.
🚩 A condescending half-refund if you’re “lucky.”

Whoopea sells products that arrive damaged from the start, refuses to take responsibility, and hides behind transit excuses to avoid refunds. They quite literally washed their hands of selling a rusted, leaking product.

I strongly recommend that collectors and international customers stay far, far away. Unless you enjoy disappointment, wasted money, and customer service that gaslights you instead of helping.

This brand won’t ever see another penny from me — and hopefully not from you either.

2 blind boxes ordered. Delivery courier used was EVRI. Would not have ordered if I had known this prior. EVRI returned the parcel to Whoopea as they said I refused delivery... NO delivery attempt was made. Emailed Whoopea who took ages to respond and there response was that once they get the parcel back to their warehouse they will just send it back out to me again. EVRI return tracking info has not updated I'm 2 days so emailed Whoopea again and for an update but had no response from them. Have had to raise a chargeback request via credit card company as I doubt I will ever resolve these.
