Worst customer service! Order came incomplete and they stepped out!
I have bought a lot of stuff on this shop, no problem. The last order, the box arrived totally damaged. The moment I have opened it, one of the items was missing. A very expensive item. Contacted the shop, by website, email, Instagram... Only a few days after they responded. And the answer was nothing more then: "we can do nothing about it". And it was it. No help came from them, they don't bothered about it. We pay for a lot of orders, and the day we need them, they just step out. Be very careful. Worst customer service ever!
