Arranging a gift from the uk is not easy but my order was faultless from ordering to delivery and delivered on the day I requested. Brilliant service

Great customer service and my brother really liked the hamper.

My daughter was delighted to receive her snack box.
My only concern was that I was looking for a supplier in Christchurch where my daughter is at university. Imagine my surprise when I received the email confirmation the gift box was on the way and it was going to the Hamilton postal centre. Very surprised and disappointed as didnt intend for it to need to take a flight or truck to get to Christchurch. I think the website needs amending to show where the parcels are coming from.

That gift package was lovely, but they forgot to put the card in with it. Very disappointing as that was why I chose wickedly indulgent as it came with a beautiful card for my mum.
