I had seen reviews here about people having to pay import duty, but I queried that with customer services, and I was assured that all taxes were included in the price. I purchased a set of 2x4 Cornhole Bags-ACL REC Premium - WW Premium Bags. Unfortunately they turned out to be faulty.
I expressed my disappointment to Wicked Wood Games and in the short period of a week they sent me two new splendid sets of Cornhole bags - Afterburner, totally at their expense, even better than the ones purchased previously..
Personally, I can only praise such seriousness and ability to meet the customer in order to quickly resolve the problem.
I have rarely encountered such courtesy.
They have certainly earned my customer loyalty for the future and I am pleased to be able to recommend them to other people with excellent references.

Very personal experience. I also took opportunity to personalise my boards. Fianna helped me design, assist and help create a cool set for our family / wife's small business. Great value. Cornhole is een leuk spel en ondanks een paar problemen bij de eerste speelrondes werd dit heel professioneel opgelost.
Onze borden 120 op 60 werden tijdig geleverd. We hadden ook de draagtas besteld. Deze vinden we heel nipt om het spel in op te bergen. Een paar centimeter meer stof had beter geweest. Verder hebben we reeds 1 oranje zakje stuk ( stof die de korreltjes verliest ) en we hebben er maar 2 keer mee gespeeld. Heel jammer want je hebt wel degelijk 4 zakjes nodig per speler. Ik kan het ook niet herstellen want het is niet aan de zijkant maar in een vlakke kant.
Ondertussen heeft Wicked Wood Games alles heel professioneel opgelost en kregen we zelfs iets extra's omdat de rechtzetting langer duurde dan ze zelf hadden gehoopt. Waarvoor dank! Wij blijven zeker klant!

Wat jammer om te horen dat één van de zakjes al stuk is na zoân korte tijd â dat is zeker niet wat je van ons mag verwachten. Ook je opmerking over de draagtas nemen we serieus; we begrijpen dat iets meer ruimte het opbergen makkelijker zou maken.
We nemen vandaag nog contact met je op om dit netjes op te lossen. Je mag snel nieuwe zakjes van ons verwachten, zodat je weer zorgeloos kunt spelen.
