The unit is really good quality but ended up being very expensive due to import taxes and delivery as the company is not in the UK.
The website has a UK URL, and at no point during the purchase was it clear that the unit was being sent outside the UK. Felt this was deliberately hidden and feel a bit duped.

For et par uger siden bestilte jeg et produkt fra Wicked Wood Games, hvor jeg inden min bestilling godt viste, at der ville vÊre noget leveringstid, da det skulle sendes fra Holland til Danmark.
Pakken ankom derfor som forventet 4 dage efter kÞbet.
Uheldigvis var jeg dog ikke hjemme, og i stedet for at fÞlge normal procedure, så valgte Post Nord, at returnere pakken uden at jeg havde fået muligheden for at afhente den.
Heldigvis stod Wicked Wood Games klar til at hjÊlpe mig.
Jeg sendte blot en mail og forklarede situationen til Kundeservice, og uden så meget som at blinke, så sendte de bare en ny omkostningsfrit, selvom de endnu ikke havde modtaget den returnerede vare endnu.
Overordnet betÞd det lidt ekstra ventetid for mig, men dette var de ikke skyld i. TvÊrtimod var de meget forstående og hurtig med en effektiv lÞsning.
Jeg vil helt sikkert anbefale dette firma til alle, da man som kunde er i rigtig gode hÊnder, hvis man skulle få behov for hjÊlp.
