I am very impressed by Wike. Our daughter is special needs and it was time to upgrade her bike trailer due to her growing out of her old one. After ordering , Wike contacted me to confirm her size and if trailer was going to be a good fit for her.
There are very little options for equipment for special needs adults and children . Wike has filled a void with their well made special needs trailers.

We needed to replace the hitch on our extra large special needs bike trailer and it was delivered very quickly. My son is very happy to be able to go out for bike rides again.

Our WIKE bike trailer is awesome! We have a 6 year old with left sided weakness. She can't ride her own bike, but loves bike rides and this trailer is spacious enough for her to ride and enjoy! Has helped our family stay together while doing fun outdoor activities. Highly recommend.

Last summer I ordered the trailer to pull my canoe. I put the hitch on my Bullitt cargo bike so I could also load up the kids, a cooler, paddles, lifejackets, etc. Everything needed to paddle around at a lake. I realized that if I wanted to do a solo trip on the river, I needed another hitch for my mtb. Now I can ride to the river, take the wheels of my bike and secure it in the canoe with the trailer. Canoe downstream, pull out, hitch up, and ride home. Way worth it to have a second hitch!

I have been looking for a way so my autistic daughter could enjoy the outdoors as well as keep her safe. It fits us perfectly. She laughs on our bike rides which gives me great Joy.

Great company, it would be nice if their price at least matched Amazon.

Overall, the ordering and customer service experience was great. When browsing on the website I noticed that one of the trailers was lacking some specifications (such as weight), but when I emailed to ask I got a quick response and they seemed very appreciative that I'd pointed out the missing info.

All good delivery on time and simple assembly

The person I spoke with on the phone answered all my questions patiently. Delivery was fast and the canoe cart itself performed really well on many rough portages.

Ordered on May 18 the part. And now UPS is telling me the parcel will be here on May 30 at the earliest. I live in Penticton, BC. It would have been faster to put the parcel in the mail. It is like UPS does not care and you folks shipped in 2 days. Disappointed in using the UPS delivery method. Not sure why they would take longer than Canada Post.

Delivery was very fast and the quality of the wike is top notch.

Very quick to fill my order for a replacement part.
It might help customers if you let them know the method of shipping which would help them guess the time it might take for delivery.
