Very great and flexible way to learn different subjects.

Joel Awad is a great singing instructor. He was attentive and knowledgable.

My experience, as well as my friends..  

This is NOT a 1 off experience... that's been confirmed it.

They bait and switch you, and make excuses for the instructor they "supposedly" have, but appears doesn't exist or work with them.  You're not even chatting with the actual instructor, as they lead you to believe.

It's not a coincidence that the same thing happened to me, and a friend of mine, two separate instances weeks apart.

You request a demo lesson,  you think you're chatting with the instructor, which you are not.  The person you're chatting with confirms the demo lesson. Then the day when the lesson starts or shortly before.  Someone from Wiingy tells you, at the last minute, that the instructor has an emergency, or they can't get in contact with the instructor, or is already booked with another student, or some other falsehood, and they try to give you a different instructor.   Although they've confirmed the demo lesson several times with you.. supposedly...  Don't fall for it....  

You'd also see the filter search on their website is completely broken, does not work and sends you to an error page.   Their 3 hour before confirmation email for your demo is OFF an hour it's sent 4 hours before... 

They say instructors can't accept new students, but on the site, all their time slots are open to request a lesson for new students.  But you're told via text they don't have open time slots?  I even offered to pay for the first lesson, so it wouldn't be a freebie,  of course they couldn't do that, if the instructor doesn't exist or work with Wiigy any longer...  

Requested that my profile be deleted, since you can't do it yourself..  They ignore your requests, regardless of how you ask through their app or from the website... I tried multiple times..  nothing, not even a response from their published email address...
 
Buyer beware this company is not as it seems.  All those nice looking instructors are only nice photos.  To further confirm this is a bait and switch, I went and found the instructor they have on their site, and have had lessons with them.   They also confirmed their not on Wiingy and we're trying to remove their profile from the Wiingy site as well.  They laughed when I asked about it.

Now months after all this garbage...  they're sending me spam with no way to unsubscribe.  They completely ignore you..    Everything this company does is unethical...

Really good platform and user interface and tutor was great also!

The tutor I work with is very interactive and I like the free first class because it really helps me know the tutor. I also enjoy how interactive the staff is. Overall my experience was fun and educational

My daughter has been with Wiingy and her teacher is Isis Ibrahim for her French lessons, she couldn't have been more elated and happier. It's like a huge burden has been taken off her shoulders, as she was worrying about her French classes on her second semester. She had become a bit confident to use sentences. Thank you Wiingy and her amazing teacher Isis Ibrahim.

Tutors are very helpful, they walk you through the steps you need to understand the context.

Wiingy is great. It lets me take lessons at home.

Muskan has been a lifesaver throughout my studies. She is patient, compassionate, and at the same time, she pushes you, which is the best way of learning! She somehow manages to make accounting, budgets, and assignments feel far less scary than they first appear! I highly recommend Muskan and Wiingy in general 😊

I really like this app because of the extra features that come with the lessons. I get a quiz and other ways that I can review my learning between sessions. I like the camera set up that my teacher has too - I can see his hands as he plays while also seeing him on screen. It works really well.

Its flexible shifts offered me a great chance to learn from the first French lessons so far.
Fast communication with the tutor.

I signed up as a tutor, and did a zoom interview, and was told I couldn't complete the interview because the photos were rejected. They said that the photos weren't me. They were literally photos of me. Anyway I think the company outsources to India or are Indian. I looked up the address on the website and it's a tyre shop.

From the very start of my experience with Wiingy; it has been brilliant! I wanted to learn to play classical guitar and they introduced me to my tutor Rhandy who has been simply amazing. No matter what you are wanting to learn I would strongly recommend getting the right tutor for you through Wiingy. I cannot thank Wiingy and my tutor Rhandy enough for their support and excellent experience learning guitar.

Wiingy has never interviewed me, I refused to be on the platfrom. I have deleted the account back in late march , to my surprise its active with fake reviews , a.i generated summary and false information. They stole my identity and support has not got back to me yet. Within a week, I will get legal involved if not addressed immediately.

I'm having a great experience with Wiingy so far. The platform is very easy to use, and their customer service is quick and helpful whenever support is needed.
My mathematics teacher, Aashima, and my chemistry teacher, Trusha, are both very friendly, supportive, and excellent at explaining topics clearly. They make lessons comfortable and engaging, which has really helped me improve my understanding and confidence.
I also like that the platform provides quizzes, learning materials, and flashcards. They only take around 10 minutes to complete but still provide crucial information and useful practice.

Wiingy is terrible.

They used a bait and switch tactic to get me signed up. I used SUPER PROF to find a tutor. They created a profile using AI. When I showed up to the free consult - they had me switch over to THEIR app, Wiingy - but this was AFTER the fact, so i had no idea the whole time.

I purchased 12 classes as a ONE-TIME payment - and instead, she signed me up for a month-to-month billing subscription. Once I saw that they charged me more than they were supposed to, they denied my refund.

When I asked for a refund, she told me they could only refund "active accounts". In order to re-active my account, she told me I needed to purchase ANOTHER month of classes, and THEN she would give me the refund (so basicall they were trying to bill me for two months and only offer a refund for one - how does that make sense).

My tutor was great - but the entire thing is so scammy and gross customer service.
