I had a look at the website of Wildandactive as it drew my attention with the products they advertised. By filling in my details, I got to be a member without my knowledge.
After three weeks I noticed deductions on my bank statement from Wildandactive and when I queried the deductions, I was told through the Chat box that it was credits accumulating on my account.
I was not very pleased with the situation but could not claim back the funds paid as it was against their terms and conditions to refund membership fees.
To my surprise I received an e-mail from Kai, from Escalation Team Management stating that they would refund me all the costs that had been deducted from my account.
I really appreciate their consideration and quick response to settle my case.
That leaves me with a good impression about Wildandactive!! Thank you.

Te suscriben a un plan que no solicitas, y para recuperar lo cobrado y dar de baja la suscripción, te coaccionan para que pongas una reseña positiva aquí, y además te siguen coaccionando para que no hagas referencia de lo ocurrido. Ya ha pasado el tiempo de reembolso y ya ni contestan. Elsa me estafó.

I had an issue with a scam but the funds come to wildandactive, when I made the complaint. Samuel was of great help, Samuel has understood and processed for a refund. Oh My God, God bless for such Honesty.
