Spammed to death after buying a pair of gloves, despite not opting in to marketing emails.

P.S. As Wildbounds has clearly not understood the point, let me just make it clear that un-solicited emails are ILLEGAL in the UK. There MUST be prior consent before sending marketing communications, an un-subscribe button in an already illegal email is not good enough.

The law can be found on ICO's website under "Spam emails".

Never had a delivery so quickly dispatched and delivered, first time ordering and couldn’t recommend more, definitely going to be using you again!

Ordered a pair of jeans for a Christmas present. The courier collected then faffed around for a few days before sending the package back to point of sending.

Meant I had to spend more money on another Christnas present and all i got back was the courier fee as they are apparently sending me another pair. I won't hold my breath. And it wont be here for Christmas.

I then got a survey from them about my "returns experience". Hilarious.

1st and last time customer if this is how they build their customer experiences.

Don't normally do reviews but on this occasion. Can't recommend these enough from purchasing my first order to reserving it . Kept me informed all the way . Will use again.

I have made three separate purchases online, always great prices but also top service and communications, I am sure I will certainly be buying more items and from different ranges from Wildbounds in future, knowing they are customer focused.

And yeah, I just did!

Absolutely fantastic - ordered a bunch of stuff but one item was a bit too small. Simple no quibble returns and the items arrived very quickly. Awesome.

Great. Ordered a backpack to Amsterdam. Chose the wrong size at but they quickly changed my order, after sending an email. Backpack arrived on the estimated delivery date :)

Competitive price and fast dispatch. No plastic bubble wraps - mine was securely packed using embossed paper. They even use a paper tape instead of plastic box tape! I'm very impressed and it's certainly becoming favourite shop for outdoor gears!

Was nervous about ordering from a brand I hadn't heard of/used before but I couldnt be more pleased with the service. Bought a Chrome Industries bag I'd had my eye on for a while and seen it on sale so took the chance.
Prices highly competitive, communication on order/delivery was perfect and delivered on time. I will order again and highly recommend this company. Even got an email informing me who to contact should I have any questions or concerns.

The service from WildBounds was exceptional. Ellie made every effort to get the Kelty chairs I had ordered to me as quickly as possible so that we could enjoy in comfort a triathlon that my son was taking part in. So helpful and kind. Would highly recommend.

I've ordered camping gear from WildBounds twice in the last month. They had the best price for the items that I wanted. Also they provide you with lots of email updates on the delivery.

For the first purchase I had questions related to the gear I was interested in, and I got a reply within a day.

I wish they had more clothes - especially base layer for hiking. Just an idea :)

Excellent service. After being let down by a major outdoor retailer I found the item on wildbounds website. After ordering I was sent an email with contacts if I had any questions. The item was despatched quickly.

Amazing customer service which went far beyond my expectations! I ordered the Wolf and Grizzly fire safe and grill and wanted some additional stuff which they went out of their way to help me with. Can't recommend them enough. Great to get quick and helpful communication back.

Amazing experience.

I had never heard of WildBounds before until I wanted to look to buy some new enamel roasting tins. Shopping around, WildBounds provided the best in terms of postage (Free for 48 hour delivery) which fitted my needs perfectly.

I ordered on Thursday lunch time and by 7:30am Friday morning, my items had arrived, in less than 24 hours! Now to use them for baked oats just in time for Breakfast!

I will definitely be going to WildBounds first in the future for any additional purchases, very happy with everything, Thank you!

Great stuff, but didn’t dispatch on next day delivery which was paid for. Also two orders were combined into one package and the second postage was not refunded. Annoying.

Great experience. Accurate stock information on web site. Brilliant selection of good quality items, lots of brands. Love it.
Delivery was speedy, item well packed. No issues, would recommend.
