Wildglasssplashbacks レビュー

Wow - Wild Splasback were just outstanding in every way, can’t recommend highly enough. It is such a joy to deal with a company that offer excellent customer service from start to finish. We called/emailed a number of other companies for quotes, most couldn’t even be bothered to respond. So when you come across a good company they need praising.

Claire was just exceptional, nothing was too much for her. We had a lot of challenges with our kitchen installation supplier, Claire remained patient, professional and offered sound advice throughout - particularly in our indecisiveness choosing colour 😊. We settled on the Wild Cheek Kiln which looks absolutely stunning and finishes of the kitchen perfectly.

Installation team were excellent too, great communication and professional tidy job. We are VERY happy.

Thank you, Thank you

We had an excellent experience when working with Wild Glass to manufacture and install a splashback and up stands. The outcome in our new kitchen is outstanding.

An excellent service all round from a professional team.  Claire was extremely helpful and responsive, nothing was too much trouble; Jeff did a great job taking perfect measurements and finally our splashbacks were installed beautifully by Conor.  Thank you Wild Glass, highly recommended.

I had shattered the splash back behind my hob that was installed in 2005. With the help of Claire we were able to find the right colour match as well as adding a sparkle coating on the colour. Claire was super responsive to all my queries and we managed to organise the replacement from start to finish in just over 3 weeks including the survey and templating. The team that came to the house were very professional.
All in all a great company to work with.

A really enjoyable experience from start to finish. Great help from the outset leading to a very professional fit. Very hard working and helpful fitting team has led to a first class result. Many thanks.

A very professional outfit, the process was ultra clear with significant and detailed e-mails from Claire (although a little scary with penalties for failing in our preparations or missing an appointment). The survey was very informative and Chris was helpful but if you decide not to continue there’s a sizeable cost for the survey, to be fair you know this beforehand. The fitting was a breeze and because of the survey I knew what I needed to do to prepare. The final product is very classy and although expensive it looks amazing. A final point is that after fitting the glass the sockets needed longer electrical screws, it’d be helpful if they carried these as I needed to buy a bag of 100 screws to use only 6. Overall an excellent service.

Dealing with the firm's customer service specialist, its surveyor and installers was delightful. All were highly professional, polite and friendly and the end result was a perfect splashback in our refurbished cloakroom.

Excellent service from start to finish, lots of glass panels for bathroom

Clear & concise quote, despite my numerious changes! Survey & templating followed by a very tidy installation

Couldn't be more pleased with the end result. thanks all

Absolutely brilliant service from Claire at Wild and Connor from Decoglaze. I really can’t fault them in any way. Efficient, polite, accurate, quick all spring to mind and they well exceeded my expectations.

Thank you. Have just had a splashback installed in our kitchen. Very pleased with the results. Also delighted with the service from initial contact through to the very thorough and professional technician who came to do the site survey and returned today to do the fitting. He went above and beyond. Thank you.

Fantastic service from beginning to end, we're incredibly happy with the end product and installation too. Available for questions, clear on instructions and gentle reminders and check lists were really helpful for us to understand what we needed to do before installation.

I am so pleased with the beautiful antique mirrored splashback installed by Wild glass. Service from both the office team and the installers was impeccable and we would highly recommend this company.
Lovely to work with local businesses too.

Claire and Ryan are the Dream Team! Claire was amazing: answering queries, emails and quotes, all super-quick and very responsive, full of advice and very informative and helpful. Customer service at a level rarely experienced any more. Would recommend 100%. Ryan, the installer, is such a lovely guy, nothing was too much trouble. Measuring one week, installation the next. Can't fault this company. At all. 5-star review all day long :) Oh! And my grey mirror splashbacks look INCREDIBLE!

5 Star service from Claire Garrett and the team at Wild Glass Splashbacks. A smooth process from beginning to end with excellent customer service.

What a great company to deal with. Claire answered all emails extremely quickly. Measuring and production of our Splashback was done in less than two weeks and to a price that bettered all our other quotes. The installation was completed without fuss or drama. We love our Antique glass Splashback

Great service from Claire, and Ryan, the installer.
Claire answered emails at all times of the day and night, kept us up to date with dates, provided information and samples, and a good price too.
Ryan did a great job with measuring and then installing all the pieces.
Love our splashbacks.

Excellent service. Claire was great at accommodating what days was convenient to me for fitment. Nothing was too much trouble. Fitting was emaculent.

From my intial enquiry CG in the office was very helpful, the process was very well managed and we have a great end result.

The survey and installation all went fantastically.

Many thanks Wildglass

Seamless excellent service from Claire from first contact to final fitting of splash back. First class advice, brilliant product exactly as ordered and a classic example of communication, the entire process could not have been improved

Have just had a splashback fitted. Firstly, the customer service from Claire was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, and secondly the survey and installation by Ryan was first class, all left very neat and tidy
