I have ordered a pair of jeans send them back ordered a pair of jeans send them back ordered a pair of jeans and send them back I've spoke with somebody and tried to explain to them what solid jeans that I like and they said they got it and they send them to me and it's nowhere close to what I want so this has been a terrible process I just want to refund at this point. The communication is terrible.

they have a terrible return policy. Can't get your money back just get product and I didn't like the products so I didn't get my money back

Hmm. The pants that I kept, I’m obsessed with. I did have to return and reorder about five times tho. None of the pants fit, even tho I ordered the same sizes. Some too big, some too small. I had to switch the type of pants each time as well. Some of the boot cuts were super long and large, and the skinny jeans were for a 00 even tho I had ordered a four… just inconsistent sizing… but I have a pair that I got that are now my favorite pants… they feel like leggings and not having jeans on at all. I have two other pair that I don’t wear much now, due to sizing as well.

I received in my JUNK email 2 mssgs regarding something that was SELLING FAST ( both at 2:38pm ) and then 2 mssgs saying “Forget Something? we saved your cart” ( ALSO both at 2:38pm) LOATHE the SCAMMY attempt to make ppl think they’ve shopped and saved item(s) to a cart! Very evil to try to deceive, especially bc some ppl ( not I ) have memory issues. Shame On This company.

Love the shoe. Had to exchange them for a different size and they were delivered quick.

Their size guide is way off. I ordered the size based on their guide and my measurements and I was swimming in them. I totally understand that sizing can be off and a challenge when you are unable to try them on, but for the price of these jeans, you shouldn't be charged a fee to send them back, charged another shipping fee, and then charged a third shipping fee to get the correct size. You end up paying more in shipping fees than the jeans and and the jeans are expensive to start with. Try finding a store that provides free shipping.

Love the huge selection. Some of the items didn’t fit or I didn’t like, they asked for feedback on what I didn’t specifically like and made recommendations for other items based on my feedback. Exchanges are very easy.

I only give 4 stars because of the return process. It was a bit difficult for me to maneuver! I never could get the ship now feature to work where I could have saved more money from my return. So I ended up doing a credit to my account. I had to return the same style jeans twice before I found the correct size. This process was simple and went smoothly.

First order. I ended up having to exchange for a size up and they were great about it. I exchanged them easily and LOVE the quality! Worth every penny. Do it. I ordered Rudy Risen jeans.

Customer service is seriously lacking. Have a return, their return portal doesn't work. Attempt to get help, no one really cares. This will be my last purchase.

Hands down the best jeans out there. I have a very big collection of jeans from seven for all mankind, diesel, Hudson etc. I came across wild oak boutique jeans and wow! I have bought 2 so far and will be adding many more! There truly amazing comfortable fashion able true to size etc.

Quick shipping and delivery, jeans were a good fit

I started with purchasing one pair of jeans and within a week I ordered three more pair!! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and exchange was so quick and easy! The quality of the jeans and feel putting them on is excellent and I am surely going to be ordering many more items in the future.
