Tatsächlich habe ich jedoch 20 € eingezahlt und plötzlich wurden mir 60 € Guthaben angezeigt. Diese völlig unklare und widersprüchliche Gutschrift verstößt aus meiner Sicht gegen das Transparenzgebot (§ 307 BGB), das in Deutschland klare und verständliche Vertragsbedingungen verlangt.

Wenn ein Anbieter nicht nachvollziehbar darlegt, wie Einzahlungen und Guthaben berechnet werden, ist das nicht nur unseriös, sondern schafft auch massives Misstrauen. WARNING - WITHDRAWAL OBSTRUCTION ON SPORTSBOOK

Wildz processed my first TWO Interac withdrawals from their sportsbook without any issues. On my third withdrawal attempt ($783.94 in winnings), they suddenly:

- Removed Interac as a withdrawal option
- Forced me to use "eCashout" only
- Keep cancelling withdrawals claiming my TD bank info "doesn't work" (it's 100% correct)
- Customer service just says "try another withdrawal" - clear stalling tactic

Meanwhile, they STILL accept my Interac deposits with no problem.

This has been happening since November 25, 2025. Multiple cancellations. Customer service refuses supervisor escalation.

I've filed a formal complaint with the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA/B2C/599/2018) for withdrawal obstruction.
