Easy to order via the website, call back confirmation, good communication, arranged delivery on time. Only hiccup a couple of tapered edge plasterboard sheets had damage to the edges but not unusable.... もっず芋る

I’ve ordered a fair bit from WH and deliveries are always as suggested and drops made with little fuss from the drivers

Great, except for the necessity to order online.The actual delivery process is


The actual delivery process is efficient and excellent. However the new necessity to order online is a real pain. I spent 45 mins trying to make an order online and eventually was allowed to pay over the phone as I had done on 2 previous occasions. Please let local people order over the phone, it is so much quicker and much more efficient as staff know the delivery schedule also. Thank you.

Thanks for the feedback, apologies for the delivery mix-up. Having looked into this order I can see that the order was originally allocated the incorrect delivery date in error. Hopefully we rectified this to your satisfaction.

Have been using this company for past


Have been using this company for past 18 months ,Never had a problem,order online ,phone,always quick response,Had some fence panels recently, good spec,good price,I,ll be using them for all my materials in future,good staff, esp delivery guys always help me,as I,m getting on a bit,well done you guys Nigel.
