I cannot recommend William enough! I had a vague idea of what I wanted but also had a family heirloom diamond which I ideally wanted to incorporate. William listened to all my concerns and helped me design something which is truly beautiful. My ring has turned out even better than I imagined, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the first conversation, William listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and turned it into something more beautiful than I imagined. The craftsmanship is stunning, the attention to detail is incredible, and the whole process felt personal and genuinely exciting. She said yes — and the ring got just as many compliments as the proposal! Thank you, William, for creating something we'll treasure forever.
