The antlers/willow branch ring is advertised as 925 silver, but it's actually silver plated and the coating started peeling after only a month of wear. The same ring can be found on Temu for a few dollars. Will not repurchase.

I bought a ring for my daughter from her dad who passed away 8 years ago when she was 4. I buy the kids something from him every birthday and Christmas to keep his memory alive. There was an issue with the ring and my daughter was absolutely devastated. I reached out to customer services and a lovey person called Jenny sent out a replacement ring along with some care instructions to prevent it happening again. The emails I received were heartfelt and sincere which meant to world to us. Thank you Willow and Ember (and Jenny) I have a very happy daughter now x

From my first order enquiry with Jenny I knew I had found the right company to order special gifts for special friends. During a very emotional and difficult time with a stage 4 cancer diagnosis, my friends continue to provide strength and support to me and I wanted to thank them . These rings are perfect and also a reminder of the power of friendship and their own resilience.
Ordering was straightforward, delivery was faster than expected and tracking my order was easy .
Jenny responded very swiftly to my emails and her words of encouragement were deeply moving and heartfelt.

Worst piece of jewellery I've ever purchased. Website claims all jewellery is hand crafted and selected of finest material's however upon receipt that is definitely not true. The ring i received is tiny doesn't even fit on my pinky finger. The ring is less than 1mm thick so afraid it will snap if I try to open/adjust further. Avoid this same ring is sold on Temu for $1.43 as per images. Do your research before buying from this store. Very disappointed as item was a gift.

The order took a little longer to arrive due to international shipping but it was worth the wait.

I purchased the Willow ring for my daughter for Christmas. She loved it. Sadly, it broke this week. I reached out to Willow & Ember and they quickly resolved the issue by shipping a replacement. I agree with other posts, I bought the ring and it snapped within a few weeks, no refund or replacement over 30 days! It’s not fit for purpose and not worth the money.
I am happy to say that after a discussion, a refund was offered and I am happy with the customer service.

Gorgeous ring which looks good on more than one finger, adaptable size. Really loved it, so was v disappointed when it broke after less than a month. Messaged Jenny at Willow and Ember who could not have been more helpful- sent a super supportive email back immediately, and arranged for a replacement. Wish more companies had this level of care. Absolute top notch customer service, and a beautiful piece of jewellery, couldn’t be happier.

Ordering my Ember & Willow ring was effortless, with safe and secure payment options and full tracking provided every step of the way. I was expecting a long wait due to it coming from the US, but it actually arrived a week early — at a time I truly needed it most.
The ring was beautifully packaged in a keepsake box, with a thoughtful message card explaining the meaning of the Willow Ring, which made the experience feel even more special. The ring itself is very dainty and delicate, so it will need a little care — but that only adds to its charm.

Willow ring: extremely poor quality. Mine snapped after a month. Won't give a refund because "it's over 30 days".... Despite not being fit for purpose (a ring is meant to be worn?!). Do NOT buy the Willow ring from them. Contrary to their slogan/selling point/whatever it is, the ring definitely bends, but it DEFINITELY breaks. I'm not the only person to have experienced this either. £20 down the drain.

I am not commenting on the product as despite ordering it over a week ago it has only just been despatched. I was really disappointed to see that this was going to take eleven to fourteen working days from despatch to reach me, meaning you need to allow four weeks. This was a gift and I allowed two weeks for receipt because there was no mention of this length if time. Now it will be here far too late. Had I have known I would have chosen something else from a different company. I do think the business should make this very clear otherwise it is misleading.

The customer service is amazing!!! I changed my mind on the color shortly after ordering. They immediately swapped it on their end with no hassle and no questions asked. I was surprised to see it shipped from China, but when it arrived it was beautiful and the packaging was beautiful as well! I can't wait to wear it!

I love the ring! It is dainty and flexible so I can move it to any finger. The packaging was beautiful as well. Great value and I am now buying another for a friend.

The willow ring arrived and it’s lovely. We had a slight issue with the after Christmas post but Jenny from the office was very communicative and helped the product get to us.

I had such a wonderful experience with Willow and Ember! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to receive my first delivery, but when I reached out they were incredibly kind and responsive. They showed me photos confirming it had arrived and, without me even asking, immediately offered to send a replacement at no cost. I’ve since received it and I absolutely LOVE my ring - the quality is stunning and even more beautiful in person. Truly amazing customer service. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be purchasing from them again!
