Really well packaged and with appropriate warnings on the outside to help avoid damage at the receiving end - particularly important as someone else was receiving the parcel. They had timely shipping, good communication, and a great product, incredibly artistic and fun and we really enjoyed engaging

I would have loved to know when it was out for delivery as sometimes parcels get left outside and stolen here, but the delivery company handed it off to a person and all was well

Delicious chocolates in taste and looks. 5 stars for the chocolates. A small gripe if giving as a present, the box needs to be better. OK for me but taking of all the tape etc the box sort of split a bit.

2 more new flavours of chocolates, blood orange and pomegranate and dark chocolate and lychee and as usual absolutely delicious. I have now ordered about 4 or 5 times online and the chocolates have been delivered within 2 days every time, couldn't ask for better service. Will continue to order many more chocolates 😋

Yes, they could be regarded as expensive but to me in a mass-production world which lacks originality and authenticity they are well worth the little extra.

From the very first contact with Niamh she was extremely helpful and totally committed to satisfying my requirement and request.
The chocolates were absolutely beautiful in appearance and I am led to believe just as tasty!!!!!!

Royal Mail was the only disappointment with there handling of the parcel, this is only mentioned as constructive feedback don't hesitate to get your chops around these tasty delights. xxxxxx

First of all, these chocolates are like individual works of art. Each one is STUNNING and beautiful. Their appearance is only superceded by their taste, which is like heaven for the palate. I contacted Niamh prior to ordering because I wanted all pink chocolates to celebrate the arrival of my newest granddaughter. She couldn't have been more helpful, kinder or reassuring. I made my purchase in absolute confidence. My husband said he thought they were expensive for chocolates but when we actually saw them, he thought we hadn't paid enough. What a treasure I've found in Willowbean and Niamh. Order today because you won't be disappointed

lots of flavours l like, asked for nothing with nuts which was brill. Great customer services and quick delivery. The only blip was it was hard to identify which chocolates were which looking at the card, but it just means have try them all

These chocolates were INCREDIBLE!! I purchased them as a gift for my mum, now, she likes the finer things in life 😅 and she said they were the best chocolates she’s ever tasted! I will definitely be purchasing again, but next time… a bigger box!! Thank you! I highly recommend!

Though these chocolates were good ,the packaging ,when they arrived ,was very poor.The chocolates were not in place and some were smashed so I was glad they were not a gift.I did send off a report quietly to the company but heard nothing.
