They give totally false descriptions most of the stuff they sell you can get on Ali express or elsewhere for less than half the price- avoid

Items arrived without any packaging in a plain box, smelly and looking worn!

Totally disgusting.

AVOID - Scam alert!!!

They never sent the item.
All they did was create a label and to this day the tracking still says package not received.
I've tried contacting them multiple times through their website, social media, and phone number my credit card company provided. Days have passed and no response. This website is a scam.

If I just read this before!!! These idiots are just stealing money!! Same here, paid with extra express shipping and nothing arrives. No news from them. I'm trying to find a way to make a report of them before this is called theft!!

Awful service, my delivery is missing somewhere with evi and all attempts to contact wiln haven't been responded to.

Company are active on social media but refuse to speak to their customers. Relying solely on new custom and not repeat customers. I hope anyone checking them out realises that if anything goes wrong with your order, you have just thrown your money down the drain. This couple are a pair of scammers - search them online.

I ordered nine items for 300+ euros, as nine different and separate presents. Delivered in time but..., packaging was only for four (4) items and the rest five (5) were just wrapped in paper. All these, supposed to offered as presents! Additionally, items in black packaging, does not have any photo in front. The result is that i have no clue on what's inside, so that to proceed to appropriate presents offering. At the end i need to unbox all items, and prepare a new package for every single item. By the way, WILN stamp will not be present anywhere on the new packages.Very disappointing situation & I'm really repentant for this order. WILN gives no respect to its customers and I most probably never buy again, very sorry about it...

I was excited about this we site when I came across it. Placed my order, on evri one day delivery and waited. Still waiting. I had to redirect it to my local parcel shop as I had to cover at work and thought it would be OK as I've done this with several parcels in the past and there's been no issue. Until now. I have been trying unsuccessfully for 3 days now to get assistance. A replacement would have been sufficient. Instead, I've been ignored. I've had no help whatsoever no matter which avenue of contact I've used. So please beware when ordering from here. There is zero in way of customer service. I wish I'd seen the reviews before ordering, I'd have thought twice.

Returns seem impossible and the quality is questionable.

First time ordering from Wiln.com and I thought the products were beautiful. I carefully selected items I felt would fit me based on the size guide and ordered 6 things.

Out of 6 items, just 1 thing fit. Every other item is not at all the size it claims to be on the website. I am a 6 so S items listed as being 4/6/8 should fit perfectly. Many sets were more like a size 10, which is what is listed on the website as M.

One item was 'one size fits all', well it's at least 10cm away from my waist, it's not even close. The whole thing will need adjusting to fit.

The sizing is so off which, if you could return items wouldn't be an issue. But having no returns AND incorrectly sized items is unfair for customers. I have now tried reaching out a total of 3 times to ask if something can be done and have been ignored every time. So I have £120 worth of brand new lingerie, never worn that I can't return and I am really upset.

It's a shame because the products are nice, they were packaged really well and otherwise would have been great value for money.

I don't recommend risking your money here.

Trying to find how to refund this item as arrived later than promised and is too short. Going round in circles trying you get refund.🤬

I bought express delivery which was supposed to be 1-3 days. After 3 business days (5 days total) I still haven't gotten an email that my package has been sent. I've emailed the company and also sent a message through their website and gotten no answer.

The products are cute and come fast. But 2 items came defect and a reached the costumer service by email, but they didn’t respond… Not worth the money!

Note: after this bad review they ofcourse had time to email me back🫠 got a refund on one item. Please be careful with this company!

Delivery of the products took 16 days instead of 2-4 as mentioned on the website (I can provide printscreens of parcel tracking). After one reply seller stopped communicating.
I was charged for shipping, despite the usage of the discount code that advertised free shipping. Package of products was damaged because of plastic envelope used for packaging (I can provide photos).

Items are well made, and packaged beautifully. Two thumbs up from wife and I!
