I wouldn't give them a 1 star rating. There refund policy is absolutely rubbish. I brought a jacket that was supposed to be a 2XX. Doesn't fit and am still waiting for a refund. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Please please do not use this company there a bloody joke. I ordered a jacket for my husband for £60 weeks waited weeks & weeks for the item and when it arrived we was so so shocked it was completely different from the picture it’s so false advertisement and when I contacted them they wasn’t very helpful I wanted to return and get a refund. They said I had to return it to china and would cost round about £40. Or the other option was a 10% refund. This company is 100% rip off so please do not use them .

I told this company that my boots did not fit, they had sent the wrong size. Then accused of useing them and could only return them at a cost of over 40 Euros paid by myself. Wish I’d read the reviews. My daughter asked what wanted for Xmas and I said a Yellowstone jacket. Found this on Facebook.

Opened it this morning. Total scam. It’s awful. No pockets missing studs and the cheapest crap material you could ever imagine.

Daughter is embarrassed but we had a good laugh.

Chinese rubbish at its finest. Off to the charity shop and a S75 raised with the credit card company based on their lying advertisement.

Ordered a Yellowstone Jacket over ten weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived! I have emailed them on a number of occasions and just get given a load of excuses for late delivery any requests made for a refund are totally ignored, in short I’ve been had! Don’t buy from them they are a shoddy bunch of scammers.

Complete scam! Why didn't I read the reviews first. At 70 years old I should know better. Paid £70 for a 'thick, warm' flying jacket. Took over 2 weeks to arrive and was literally like paper. As with all other reviewers I was offered 15% refund or send it back to China at a cost of £35 but there was a good chance it might get lost.

I ordered a coat for my son, one of the Yellowstone winter jackets for £60 as he enjoys the show and needs a new coat for winter. When the coat arrived, it was completely different. The colour was much darker than advertised, the fabric was incredibly thin and the jacket itself was very poor quality.
I emailed the company to return the jacket and for a refund but they refused and could only provide me with 15% back. I feel scammed if I’m honest. Don’t order from here.

AWFUL COMPANY - AVOID...
I ordered a coat for my husband it arrived yesterday - its awful, it is NOT a coat its very thin & cheaply made.
I contacted them for a refund but they said i had to pay 30euros to send it back to China & it may get lost in the post. They offered me 15% refund & i could keep the coat - i would only use it as a cloth to clean the floor!!

Extremely misleading, ordered item off the internet. What then arrived was not what I ordered colour was not as described and quality was very very poor. Do not buy from this company, they refused to give me a refund after I asked to return item stating it would cost me more than the item is worth to return it.

The honest review is the photos of the 2 pair of shoes we're completely misleading. The shoes are not even close in quality or colour which is depicted in their advert. Apart from the shoes arriving much later than promised and a tracking system that is at best useless! The sizing was wrong and unfortunately the shoes were not in any way close in visible quality to what I was expecting.
So after them being sent late, I was then told I can get 15% off my next order if I kept them! This offer giving no regard to my complaint explaining why I want to return them !
From start to finish the process has been very difficult and I would definitely not use them or recommend them to anyone!
To add fuel to the fire I was told if I was to send them back I would have to pay €40 to send them back !
What a joke and disappointing experience!
Think very carefully before you order from wilson and brampton because you could be very disappointed like me !

So update; This company couldn’t produce the goods I ordered and sent a cheap inferior jacket from China. The company tried to bat me off for week’s offering 10% then 20 % refunds. They then offer 75% refund which they have failed to send due to technical difficulties. Don’t touch them with a barge pole: ps I work for UK trading standards.

Shocking quality - delivery time poor - gave it away to a charity shop - in the delivered condition.
