Friendly and efficient service. Clarity of information for storage. Clear personal directions to unit.

I was not informed about the admin fees or was made aware that there would be one and was advised that my $33 will be reimbursed from the monthly storage amount and not from the admin fees. The fees were not disclosed when I went to secure my storage.

Staff at Wilson Storage Box Hill is really friendly and helpful. I couldn't get the gate to open with my pin and he help me out without any complain even he was quite busy from the phone calls. Also the facility is easily access. But I gave 4 stars because I used to receive a text message for overdue account to pay by today before being charged for late fee. I did make payment on that day itself, but I still got charged for late fee. My point is that the text message should have the true meaning of what it said and should be very clear.

We had our storage locker for many years and the team have always been helpful and professional. Thanks for making this easy for us.

The team have always been so helpful and willing to accommodate certain circumstances . I have been totally happy with their professional service . When I asked for a larger storage close to the door , Ivy showed me possibilities of different sizes and costs . Ivy found the exact storage I needed .
