5* service and a great facility
From the first interaction, John (manager at Bay Rd) was fantastic - he gave great advice and was patient with my questions. Then when I arrived at Bay Rd, John was so friendly and helpful, he absolutely went above and beyond with me, and really made what was a super stressful day so much easier.
The facility itself is great, bright and modern, with easy and safe after hours access.

Wilsons Storage in Bay Road, is my first storage experience.
The security is great, place is clean, staff helpful.
Would use them again...but hope that I do not have that much 'stuff' anymore.
