Great service, great storage facility. Couldn't fault anything

Good Service on booking a storage facility.

When packing up your life and putting it into storage…you feel so overwhelmed and stressed…the service l received at Wilson storage from John and Michelle particularly…made me feel so much more at ease…thank you so much 🏠

The service is amazing. I had fast and clear responses to any queries I had. The storage units are clean and well maintained along with very easily accessible. I found the pricing very reasonable and would highly recommend their services.

It wasn’t that it was great. It was that it was easy. I walked in 10 minutes later I walked out with the keys.

Great staff, service and clean storage facilities. Can’t fault the team at Wilson. Will use again if needed.

Excellent service and care. John was engaging and very understanding of my situation.

The team at Wilson were very helpful and the use of their van was a terrific bonus. The upstairs storage units do get very warm in summer, so I didn’t store anything that might be affected by heat. Overall I’m very happy with the service I received, certainly made moving house much easier.

Professional and efficient

Wilson Storage is great, always clean and well organised.

Regular increases in fees when there is no extra increase in service is seen as just a money grab. I rented a 4x3 unit for 10 years and truthfully l would have thought that long term renters should have been rewarded with a fee reduction not an increase.
Futhermore when l removed my belongings there was water damage to many items, now l know why they asked me to move from Reserve Road facility to Bay Road so they could repair the roof.
Little disappointed that they didn't ask me to check my furniture after the facility obviously got flooded out.
Not the most pleasant of experiences seeming most of the stored goods were my late wifes belongings.

John was very helpful and got us set up immediately, would recommend this clean & brand new facility.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful

The staff are friendly and helpful. A breath of fresh air really. The storage facilities are modern and clean with plenty of CCTV security.
