I had a storage space at Wilson Storage for around 14 years (I think) I always found the facility to be very clean and well taken care of. The staff were always helpful and access was easy. I highly recommend this storage facility. Phil

Very easy to setup

Wilson Storage East Bentleigh exceeded my expectations. Super clean, secure, and well-lit facility with easy access and trolley support. Anthea (the Facility Manager) was consistently professional, helpful, and solutions-focused throughout the process. They also hooked me up with a free move‑in van for the first four hours—seriously levelled up the experience.

The experience was professionslly managed

Manager was very efficient and helpful. Facility was clean and well maintained with good access.

I was happy to store items whilst renovating our home , safe , secure and easy to access .

Storage units very clean good lighting plenty of trolleys to help with packing the unit hired van to help with moving goods reasonably priced great customer service by Anthea 😊

Honestly the girls at Wilson storage east bentleigh were incredibly helpful. It is by far the best storage place I've ever used and I've used alot of various storage places in my life but there communication and assistance was incredible had I have not lost my job and had to cut my costs I'd still be with them now and I recommend them to anyone who's looking for storage in that area.

It's exceedingly rare to find such a great storage company with such great customer service.

I rarely leave reviews but in this case it is well deserved for they always went above and beyond for me and were super understanding of my situations.

I'd give them more stars if it were possible in this review platform. Never have I had such a great experience anywhere with why service as I had here.

Facility was simple to get in & out of & also easy for us to navigate. The customer service from Athena was beyond amazing! From the moment I engaged for a quote up until her helping me through some issues I encountered, exceptional. Highly recommend for any storage requirements.
