Wilson Storage - Kangaroo Flat からの回答

We're sorry to hear about your experience.
The sign-up process was completed remotely due to your circumstances, and unfortunately, an IT issue occurred. During troubleshooting, especially on weekends when we're not in the office, it's important to cover all bases.
Our team was able to secure an emergency code within a few minutes of your call and confirmed your personal code once the problem was resolved.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and being available in emergencies, and we hope your future access remains smooth.
If you have any other issues or concerns, our team is more than happy to assist.
