Andrew and Toni were both incredible helpful, kind, patient and welcoming. They answered all my questions and were very thorough. Couldn’t recommend them enough :)

Upon introduction of seeking out storage the Wilson staff were fantastic about sizing up what we needed, walking us through the process as to how to stack our stuff and how we can visit it nearly 24/7 - day or night and giving us a number of options to select which ones suited us best. All round a great service and quality storage.

Good customer service experience. Robert is very good at customer service, goes above and beyond, even remembered my name after only meeting me twice in 5 years.

Safe clean storage but I felt the pricing advised when I contacted them was misleading and had I realised the full terms I would not have chosen to store there.
Having to pay monthly without pro-rata calculation and having to give 28 days notice to move out plus not being billed from the starting date of move in thus being charged an extra 3 days because it wasn't the end of the month was totally unfair. If I had been fully informed I would have gone elsewhere. The staff on move in were friendly and accommodating and the warehouse is secure and clean.

The staff were always approachable and responsive, even when I was not always the best in ensuring my account remained up to date. I really appreciate the sensitivity Robert and his team were with everything over the years.

First time for me to use a storage facility and the experience from just asking for advice to requiring extra storage was easy, stress free and friendly. Staff were very kind and had a caring demeanor. Price wise very competitive and facility very clean from my experience.

We were with Wilson Storage in Rowville and Robert and Toni were handling our account. We only experienced first class service and they were always attentive to our needs. Once when a courier disrespectfully dropped off a shipment and angrily kicked our box, Robert pulled him up on it and wouldn't accept the damaged box so that he had to take it back. I really appreciate Rob going out his way to watch our back. They are great to work with over the last year. Thanks Rob and Toni!
