Wilson Storage - South Melbourne レビュー

From the very first time I came across Wilson Storage, I was met with a very professional approach and a willingness to help me with my inquiry. I cannot speak more highly of Terry and the management at the South Melbourne branch

Thanks Wilson Storage for being accommodating & welcoming, the place is well kept, clean and orderly.

The premises is always clean and well looked after. Good parking access etc. Would recommend.

It was super easy to book a storage space through Terry in South Melbourne who was very helpful & efficient.
Also the storage facility in South Melbourne is very well set-up.
I didn’t compare pricing for the short term storage that we need, however the cost was fine considering the convenience.

Great service at a fair price, good facilities, all clean and spacious, totally recommended

Helpful staff; clean modern space; high level security

Easy access, very helpful staff and our goods securely stored!!

Friendly staff who know their stuff. Explained everything well. Felt very comfortable in the knowledge my stuff would be secure

I was not told about $30 signup fee upfront. This was added at last moment. Pls disclose upfront. I only wanted 1 month rent. I agreed to $60 quoted but pissed I got charged $90.

Please to be storing in facilities that are clean!!

Great helpful polite staff and spotless facility

The staff go above and beyond and I appreciate all the help

Excellent helpful service from Terry. Very easy to arrange storage

Wilson Storage South Melbourne - my very positive experience.
Great service and care and attention from the staff, especially Terry Gleeson. And how I needed it!
Mike was a great help in showing me the ropes of accessing my storage unit for the first time.
I am very happy to recommend Wilson Storage to anyone looking for moving boxes and kits to storage options and removalist options.

Fantastic friendly service in the best storage set up I've seen.

The whole experience of renting a storage unit was very pleasant and very smooth. The manager and his assistant both went over and above the call of duty and gave helpful advice about moving and packing the items I needed to store. The facility is well set out with a very convenient loading dock off Thistlewaite St (a side street, so easy access). The atmosphere in the facility was relaxed and easy.

The decision to declutter in readiness for selling our property was made easy by Terry at South Melbourne Wilson Storage. Perfectly sized storage unit for our needs and the van to help move everything made the job so much less difficult than expected. Thanks Terry!

the staff that are at south Melbourne are friendly and very accommodating
