Nathan Chen was so helpful and so easy to deal with

Absolutly amazing facilities and the system to access is easy and super clean. Nathan is an absolute gentleman and incredibly helpful as i was new to this and he explained it thoroughly ,gave me the advice I needed and helped me organize and tee up a removalist company at the same time. Would not
hesitate to highly recommend. Your service is a breath of fresh air showing there are genuinely beautiful, caring and helpful people still out there that go above and beyond. Thank youuuuu

Good customer service - Nathan was clear and explained the terms and set up for access etc well. Not the cheapest but clean and well organised operation. Well located for easy access from Williamstown and surrounding areas.

Wilson’s Storage Williamstown has the best customer care in the business. They go above and beyond. Cannot speak highly enough about Tom who made it all so effortless when moving everything into the unit. He should be cloned he’s so good! New customer expdrience

i chose wilson storage on the 13th of december 2025 to store our car for a short period bad decision paid $382 for the month of january and were told we got the rest of december for free that sounded great but due to my husbands unexpected decline in health with his cancer plans had to change we did not even take the car there we told wilsons on the 16th of december 3 days later we would not leaving the car there and they could re rent the spot we had hired there was no compassion
whatsoever they did not offer any refund they just took our money we would not recommend this storage they are just money grabbers and very poor customer service
