You could not get better service than what john gave us would recommend Wilson storage to anyone one who is looking to store the belongings

Friendly and prompt customer service

Great communications, fairness, very helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. These were the attributes of the staff.

Very convenient, safe Easy to access. I booked one in picton and the staff is very helpful. Specially ‘Michelle rope’ is an amazing human. She helped me a lot. Overall it was great experience.

The customer service from Anthea was great. She helped organise my storage cage and setup my account very easily.

Originally booked online 1 month free paid admin fee . When I went to sign forms I then had to prepay September /October. I said at National I never had to do that. So he did change to me just paying for September. Have to get out to open each gate. If not raining it's ok otherwise good service $50 free towards boxes

Jenny was amazing to deal with. Facilities are clean and modern and access to our unit is excellent.

Excellent communication and easy access.
Thank you.

After a long time with Wilson, I sent an email asking if I could get a discount if I continued to use Wilson for another long period of time. I received an email from Wilson the next day stating to raise my rent. It is obvious that Wilson does not appreciate my business and pushes me to move out of your storage.

Lara was very professional and accommodating at all times. Locked and very clean convenient and safe. Jenny was lovely to deal with.

Both employees were very friendly and helpful and covered off all my questions.

Staff Very helpful, very quickly helped. Easy entry and exit. Clean premises.

Terry was really helpful in guiding us through the options and explaining in detail how the facility worked. He made sure we got the right option and provided flexibility when it was required
