The service was absolutely perfect. They made learning the process for pirchasing, and understanding exactly what you get with the pirchase, extremely easy. It was our first time nd it was the special experience we had hoped for.

The tickets are a birthday present for my friend and reading the message they kindly sent me a printable gift voucher. Which was really thoughtful as the ticket don't arrive until a few weeks before the event.

We used Wimbledon Debenture Owners to buy tickets for the Ladies' and Men's finals this year to celebrate a BIG birthday. It is very rare that a company exceeds expectations, but that is exactly what Wimbledon Debenture Owners did. From providing transparent pricing and information (they tell you up front that they don't know exactly where your seats will be - only that they will be in the Debenture Owners section- before purchase) to answering all emails and phone calls, to offering the opportunity to make dining reservations, to sending all types of helpful info before the event, Wimbledon Debenture owners was excellent to work with. It was our first time at the event and our first time purchasing from WDO so we were somewhat skeptical, but the company delivered 100% of what they promised and then some.
