Really poor customer service I called…

Really poor customer service I called the pharmacy the guy was so rude and didn't pay attention at all. my parcel didn't arrive and when I called they said we were out of stock and they didn't even email me for it.
This is terrible and I lost my client and lots of money as they were not reliable

More than three weeks past, order not received, no reply to my emails at all.

We normally dispatch within 1 or 2 working days unless the products are in shortage or preordered and in these cases we tend to call the customers to ask for advise what to do next.

Most efficient pharmacy I have used

Really pleased with the prices but even more so the prescriber service. So much more efficient than other pharmacies I have used.
I initially thought the delivery wasnt going to come but I hadnt realised that they do not send of fridge items on a friday. The delivery was sent out quickly and arrived the next day.
Will definitely use again.
