I registered on April 14, 2026, and deposited €500. From that €500, I won €5,000 and wanted to withdraw it on the same day. I was immediately asked to verify my account. I complied with this request. According to customer support, this shouldn’t take longer than 72 hours. The 72 hours have passed, and my account is still not verified.
The casino is unnecessarily dragging out the withdrawal process, and customer support is unwilling to help.

Customer service does not reply on time, and when they do, they give the same repeated message. They also refuse to provide contact details of the cash agent and do not offer any real solution.
One of my withdrawal requests was even rejected without a proper reason. This has caused me serious stress and financial inconvenience.
A legitimate platform should not take 19 days to process a simple withdrawal. If the issue is technical, they should clearly communicate it and provide proof or a fixed resolution date.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform due to poor support, lack of transparency, and excessive withdrawal delays.
I regularly use the Win Bet website; it's convenient and easy to use. I'm satisfied with its performance.

I Deposited fund and played win.bet but when i tried to withdraw my funds it was instantly refused and asked for document verification.
They said it may take upto 72 hours and in rare cases. It's been three days now ,since no reply from win.bet security team.
(I sent my documents in email of security of win.bet team)

I deposited 14.65 USDT and played using my real balance, mainly on Spribe Mines, which is not a bonus wagering game. My balance increased to 38.25 USDT.
My cash bonus wagering remained at 0%, which their own support confirmed multiple times — meaning the bonus was never started.
After canceling the unused bonus, the casino confiscated my entire balance, including my real deposited funds. Support repeatedly claimed my “real balance was lost first,” yet could not provide a single transaction ID, bet log, or timestamp to prove this. The claim is also mathematically impossible based on my bet size and balance history.
Despite extensive communication, they only repeated the same statement without evidence and refused to cite any clear clause allowing forfeiture of real funds when wagering is 0%.
This is an unresolved dispute and, in my experience, an unjustified seizure of player funds. Proceed with extreme caution.

According to our terms, when a deposit bonus is active, gameplay always starts using real funds first, and only after that bonus funds are involved. If the real balance is lost during gameplay, then, in case the bonus is later canceled, the remaining balance is reduced to zero. This applies even if the bonus wagering progress shows 0%, as the real balance is always consumed first by design.
This is the standard bonus mechanics applied to ensure equal conditions for all players, and this is why the balance was adjusted after the bonus cancellation.
