Absolutely awful site ! Made a massive mistake joining this site, not for reasons you think. I have tried endlessly to self exclude from this site and keep being met with the same answer, you have to talk to mark your VIP manager. Mark either ignores my pleas or fobs me off with some excuse the latest being “ please don’t think I am lying but I am not able to close your account due to this not working on our end” never heard anything like it. I am a gambling addict but had nearly a year off and stupidly joined this site and lost all of my money. Now I want to self exclude this is not possible and anyone knows how hard it is to not put money in when you have a gambling addiction. I will not let this lie, no doubt I will receive a reply stating that the company takes self exclusion and safe gambling very seriously. This is not true I have countless emails begging them to self exclude and they don’t want to. They have spotted me a mile off, please to anyone do not join it is not worth it.

Do NOT use this company I have asked 20 times to self exclude myself asked to close my account and they still haven’t they avoid it every time , the last email was “we can’t close you’re account at this time. Completely discusting!!! I wish I could have them shut down don’t use!

I dislike that there is only a specific amount that you can withdraw if you've activated a bonus but have successfully completed the wagering requirements. I got up to a significant amount through a bonus being activated. I completed the wagering requirements and it said I could withdraw all of my balance but the bonus that I activated only allowed me to withdraw a minimum amount of 250 which is still good but I'd completed the wagering requirements already and had no locked bonus credit

I think that you need to change it so that if someone completes the wagering requirements for the bonus that you should be allowed to withdraw what it says you have in your balance and not what the bonus allows you too
