Winda Guide is the best! Ndiko is your go to person if you are planning a trip to Kenya and East Africa.

Winda planned a 4-day trip for a group of 8 people. We did 3 days of Safari in Maasai Mara then 1 day in Naivasha.

It was AMAZING, MAGICAL! We now understand why people say magical Kenya.

We enjoyed everything including the hotel selection, safari experience, food and activities.

During the game drives, our guides, Robert and Eric, went above and beyond to have us see all the animals.
We got the big 5, the cheetah hunting, a lion family of 12, lion cubs eating a buffalo, and all the others amazing things nature has to offer.

They did not hesitate to point out animals to see, giving us all the information about the area and animals and making sure we had as much time as we wanted to take beautiful pictures.

They made our safari unforgettable and we can't wait to do the next ones (Amboseli, Tsavo, etc).

Ndiko planned the whole trip, booked all the activities, and sent us booking conformations ahead of time. She made suggestions and coordinated with all parties throughout the trip to make sure we had the best experience possible.

The communication with Winda Guide was fluid and clear before, during, and after the trip.
We really got more than value for our money.

We have so many special memories and we go back feeling happy and in love with Kenya.

Ndiko helped me find a specialized guide for hiking Mt Kenya and absolutely nailed it. She also helped arrange transport there and back as well as a cute airbnb to crash at after the hike. Unlike other travel agents, Ndiko didn’t just pass us off to the guide, she was in touch with me and the guide throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well. Would 100% recommend working with Ndiko for all your Kenyan travel needs!!

Karen was so helpful. I am based in the UK but Karen through multiple video calls helped me plan my trip (it was easier than going to a travel agent). Ndiko was absolutely wonderful! We felt very overwhelmed when trying to choose a safari camp option (before working with Ndiko), and she helped us narrow it down based on our budget and preferences. Once we chose our camp, she took care of all the logistics—flights, bookings, etc.—and communicated them carefully. We (2 Italian girls and 2 Italian men) chose Winda for our 2 weeks August trip in Kenya and it has been revealed a really good choice. We wanted to visit Amboseli and Masai Mara, and Winda suggested us to stay just outside the parks in 2 very nice lodges, far from the high season crowds. In Amboseli we stayed in Amboseli Bush Camp, in the middle of nowehere; we were alone with 2 local staff, and one of them was an excellent pizza maker (you bring the ingredients from Nairobi and he makes for you delicious italian pizzas). The Safari Tents were beautiful, like the living room and the other common space. In Masai Mara we stayed at Amazing Mara Camp: it is in a superb location and it is very peacefully (only 7 tents) with all the services you needed (this time we chose to have all the comforts, and the lodge services were just outsanding)! The driver-guides Winda provided us were really nice, friendly, professional, flexible and helpful...and more important, they made us very confortable through all the journey. Finally, 2 of us climbed Mount Kenya (it was my second time) and the guide and the entire team Winda provided us were professional, friendly and helpful: we felt at home!
Winda has been very professional and honest with us since the first second: for instance, at the last moment, there have been some changes in costs and in drivers-guides because of some reasons, and Winda was helpful and ready to assist us with everything. In the end everything went very well.
Therefore, I can only recommend Winda for your next Kenyan trip, especially if you want to avoid the mainstream locations, crowd-lodges and so on...but experience the true wild and beautiful Kenya!

Winda organized my first trip to Maasai Mara and it was nothing short of incredible. Our group was large (15) but needed some complex services due to varied travel schedules, lengths of stay and dietary restrictions. Everything was handled flawlessly, from our transport to / from the park to the experience at the lodge. I really feel like Ndiko took the time to craft a special experience just for us, and found the perfect lodge for the type of safari we wanted. When I struggled trying to remit payment from the US in advance, she was patient with me and helped me troubleshoot (which I know required her to stay up quite late at night local time). I’m so grateful for that first experience, and Winda has been my first-choice travel agent in Kenya ever since.

Traveled to 20 countries and our lodging in the masai mara has been the best of all! Thank you for the good communication and great cost-benefit relation!

Winda is an excellent one-stop shop for putting together an amazing trip to Kenya that fits all your needs and wants. Ndiko spends a lot of time and effort in going all around the country to identify hidden gems in terms of accommodation and experiences. I particularly appreciate her emphasis on community-owned lodges and female guides. She really cares about supporting local businesses, aside from being quick and responsive and listening to your needs as a traveller. She gave my family and I a beautiful, seamless trip, from pick-up and drop off at my doorstep. I highly recommend Winda for anyone who wants to experience Kenya.

Incredible experience with winda. I first went to a winda experience with a bigger group and visited Shompole conservancy. The experience was flawless, from the transport, to the activities throughout the weekend. It was great to spend some time with the community. More recently, winda organized a weekend for 12 of my friends in a very special property with just the right activities. Ndiko the founder is exceptional at understanding guest needs and getting off-the-beaten path properties.

I had an amazing weekend in Nakuru thanks to Winda Guide. I only had a rough idea of what I wanted this trip to be like and Ndiko put something together that exceeded my expectations. The first day we went to Soysambu Conservancy for a horse ride. To ride within this beautiful piece of land next to the wildlife was breathtaking. Later we did a night game drive with a very knowledgeable guide, she organized for us. It was a very special experience to see the wildlife in the dark. The next day we went to do a game drive at Lake Nakuru, which was so much fun. The highlight was seeing lions climbing trees, and a Rhino family!
Ndiko was very hospitable, super helpful every step of the way and overall just great company. Can’t thank her enough for the experience she put together for me. Won’t be the last safari I’ll do with Winda Guide!
