I asked the company to call to quote for an insurance claim. They didn't turn up and didn't answer my subsequent message.

Carl came out and repaired the window lock, much more difficult than he first thought so ended up good value for money.

Today I had to have a window repaired because it wouldn't open.Gentleman came out very pleasant and helpful done the job fixed very quickly replaced the window handle first class job Engineer was Tom.
