Window Nation - Boston レビュー

The technician was great but the wait was too long

Too many defect in Manufacturing: Warped window slider, warped windows etc.... Communication is the worst that I have ever seen in a company. finance is disconnected from corporate who is disconnected from the field who is disconnected from the world.

One positive note: The installers were very good.

Service Tech was fantastic, High attention to detail and was more concerned with me being happy with it than he was to get it done and get out. Made sure it was what I wanted. Speaks volumes these days to have such good service work after the sale. Thank you !

The technician was excellent, timely, professional, and knowledgeable.

Window nation proved to be an honest company from the sales host Jeremy to the installers Corey and Brian.
They new the work and the way to get it done.

Very professional staff members and on-site workers. The Installer (Kyle) worked very quickly and neatly. Your company took care of all the logistic details, such as interacting with the Town of Chelmsford building department and inspectors.
The window looks exactly as we expected. I'd recommend your company to friends and neighbors.
Thank you to everyone involved with our order.

Diego came out on Monday to install a new handle with an external locking mechanism. He called a half-hour before arriving to let me know his status. Went to work right away and had me test the door and lock to be sure it was all set.

great service on every part of the project, from the sales person to the installers.

I purchased windows from WN in 2016 and have had a recurring issue with one casement window. The window will not close and lock completely after the heat of summer. WN has replaced the sash a few times, but this has made no difference; a tech has to come out annually to ensure that the window closes completely. Unfortunately, this is just a temporary solution, as the problem has been ongoing for 9 years. Because WN personnel turns over so frequently, every year it's the same ineffective approach to the problem without addressing the real cause. It's impossible to get a manager or supervisor to address the issue.

Jeremy Roussel was excellent in explaining quality of windows, the manufacturing procedures, and the timeline for installation.

Installation was great. Installers did a really nice job and cleaned up after. The windows look great. There were issues with the scheduling and wrong windows sent. Job is still not complete as we are still missing a screen and are still awaiting for that screen to be installed.

Easy to communicate

They were very professional, and they cleaned up everything very well. My wife and I were very satisfied with the work performed and how the installers handled replacing our entry door. I would use their services again if I I have another job like this.

The windows are absolutely wonderful. The quality is the best I've ever seen.

I love the windows and the installation.

I am so happy I closed Window Nation ,my new windows make my home look brand new.My home is so warm now.And The workers take pride and skill in their work.

Vladimir was just wonderful. Very personable and informative about how to use the windows. I think I may be getting more windows from you in the future.

The installation is smooth in general.
I would like to hear from them by email or text one week earlier instead of me contact them.
The workers are helpful, pointing out issues with house and made suggestions.

The crew was professional and respectful. They showed up on time, and stayed until the job was completed ( 14 windows installed). The two issues I have are screen related. One came with a hole in it, and one widow came with the screens too big. We'll see how long they take to rectify these issues.
