Very professional staff members and on-site workers. The Installer (Kyle) worked very quickly and neatly. Your company took care of all the logistic details, such as interacting with the Town of Chelmsford building department and inspectors.
The window looks exactly as we expected. I'd recommend your company to friends and neighbors.

Diego came out on Monday to install a new handle with an external locking mechanism. He called a half-hour before arriving to let me know his status. Went to work right away and had me test the door and lock to be sure it was all set.

I purchased windows from WN in 2016 and have had a recurring issue with one casement window. The window will not close and lock completely after the heat of summer. WN has replaced the sash a few times, but this has made no difference; a tech has to come out annually to ensure that the window closes completely. Unfortunately, this is just a temporary solution, as the problem has been ongoing for 9 years. Because WN personnel turns over so frequently, every year it's the same ineffective approach to the problem without addressing the real cause. It's impossible to get a manager or supervisor to address the issue.

Jeremy Roussel was excellent in explaining quality of windows, the manufacturing procedures, and the timeline for installation.

Installation was great. Installers did a really nice job and cleaned up after. The windows look great. There were issues with the scheduling and wrong windows sent. Job is still not complete as we are still missing a screen and are still awaiting for that screen to be installed.

Easy to communicate

They were very professional, and they cleaned up everything very well. My wife and I were very satisfied with the work performed and how the installers handled replacing our entry door. I would use their services again if I I have another job like this.

The windows are absolutely wonderful. The quality is the best I've ever seen.

The crew was professional and respectful. They showed up on time, and stayed until the job was completed ( 14 windows installed). The two issues I have are screen related. One came with a hole in it, and one widow came with the screens too big. We'll see how long they take to rectify these issues.

There was an issue with one window. They came three days later and fixed the problem. They stand behind their windows.

I probably would have given this place a 4 if it weren't for the sham of financing. I'm just really angry about that. I must say first that the team who came to my house and installed were fabulous courteous and did a great job. They meticulously cleaned up themselves and we're fast and efficient. And this company gave me the best price of the three I looked at. However , if you want to get the 0% financing , you have to pay a $499 fee. So essentially , they're making you pay the 18 month interest up front. And if you use your credit card , they charge you a 1.5% fee. Therefore, it costs you to pay them anything but cash. In addition, when it's all added up, they finally tell you that it's an additional fee for the permit. In my case , it was $200 more. Not their fault but I would've liked to know that up front. Instead , I had to max out my credit card and pay $60 to do it. I guess the issue is communication. I'm sure there are other companies out there with better financing options without the huge fees, that can do just as good a job.
