I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Window Nation.

I had a representative come to my home to provide a quote for 8 windows. After the appointment, I decided to take a few days to do my due diligence and gather a couple of additional quotes before making a decision.

Three days later, I received an email from the Sales Manager, Richard Hansen, with a revised quote. Surprisingly, the new price was significantly lower than the original quote, but it was for 11 windows instead of the 8 I actually needed. Since the pricing was much more competitive, I reached back out and simply asked for the same pricing to be adjusted for the 8 windows I wanted to purchase.

Richard responded that the lower price had been sent in error due to a “system glitch” and that Window Nation would not honor it.

Mistakes can happen, but what was most disappointing was the company’s unwillingness to stand behind the quote they sent or make any effort to find a reasonable solution. As a customer who was genuinely interested in moving forward, it left me feeling that the pricing was inconsistent and that customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority.

I expected better communication and better customer service from a company of this size. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to take my business elsewhere.

Mr. Pete was the most attentive to OUR needs. My mother in law needed windows. We saw about 3 companies and not ONE of them sent anyone nearly as knowledgeable or empathetic to what our challenges were. Then there was Peter. He listened, gave solutions and didn't try to "Sell" us anything more than what was agreed needed immediate attention. We LOVED Pete!!! We will be calling him back in phases so Mom can update at her pace. Thanks Peter and Window Nation!!!

From the initial sales with Jaxon Randolph to the completion of the full house window installation, Window Nation was professional and efficient. Throughout the process I especially appreciated the ability to call an agent, leave a message, have him readily return my call and not make me feel as if I were bothering him. The installation itself was done in one long day, as scheduled, and is exactly as I pictured it. I highly recommend Window Nation.

The entire process: From the sales associate, the progress updates, scheduling installation and final installation was very professional and seamless. The final product exceeded our expectations and we are extremely satisfied.

Beware if you provide poor feedback.

We experienced some issues during installation. I was then given several texts in response to my yelp review. How it affects their compensation and such. I really don’t care how my review affects them. I didn’t say anything untrue.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. It started with the in home consult,to the working with the hoa, to the updates on the construction of the windows, to the scheduling of the installation, and finely the installation. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and prompt in handling our needs.

Door was delivered and installed in the amount of time expected. Everyone at Window Nation are exceptional! Friendly and professional.

The installers were very professional and courteous. They installed the. windows quickly and cleaned up everythimg You wouldn't even know they were here except for my new beautiful windows. Our salesman Peter answered all our questions, was easy to contact, and took care of everything we needed. I highly recommend Window Nation.

My experience with window nation was phenomenal from the inquiry to the installation. This was my first time ever getting windows and the entire process was a breeze. This company provided wonderful customer service, skilled knowledge, finance options, high quality, quick delivery and beautiful windows.

Workers showed up on time and did a great installation. I watched them install the windows and seal off any open areas. They did a great job and cleaned outside the windows as well as the inside area around the windows. I was very pleased.

The installers were 2hours late which left them in the dark completing the job. However, the guys were extremely professional, sought my advice when needed to ensure their work would be to my satisfaction. Did a good job cleaning up afterwards. We had discussed this job and pointed out the issue with it before I gave a deposit. I didn’t feel like everything was relayed to the installers, however, they got it done

The installation team was great with four hard working young men!! They were polite and constantly working on the windows while only taking a 10 minute lunch break!! Michael, the team lead, answered all of my questions having the patience of Job!! They are very good at what they do!

I was really impressed with Window Nation. A friend recommended them, and they definitely offer a great price and a beautiful product.

There was a small scheduling scare the day before installation—they texted about a need to reschedule. After I explained I'd already prepped the whole house, they managed to make it work and came as promised. I really appreciated that they listened and found a solution.

The installation crew was awesome: polite, respectful of my home (shoe covers, asking to use the bathroom!), and incredibly efficient. They installed 11 windows in just about five hours. Their work was impeccable. They caulked all of the interiors of my windows and you would never know that we just had new windows put in. All the trim and paint around the windows looked like it had not been disturbed. They even wrapped the exteriors of the two old windows I didn't replace so everything would match from the exterior, which was a thoughtful touch I didn't expect.

They left the place clean and took all the old windows. The whole experience was smooth, and the results are fantastic. I'd definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
