The installers were knowledgeable and did a walk through of the installation showing the usage of each window.

The men who put my windows in were professional & did a great job. The thing I was impressed with was how neat things were. The windows look great.

When the window in our spare bedroom was measured it was in correct by over 6 inches too short. This was found after the crew had taken out our window. So they put our original window back in with tape. A replacement was ordered for the correct size but when it was unboxed after almost 8 weeks of waiting it was found to have a defect so a replacement was ordered. It finally arrived almost 8 weeks later but it was sent with the original incorrect size of over 6 inches too narrow. So we are again waiting for a replacement window. The technician was also supposed to replace a screen that had a tear so I could use without bugs entering home on this visit. He decided to wait until next time. By then I won’t want my window open because there will be snow!

The casement window I ordered was delivered on time. It was installed quickly. It is too soon to tell how well it will perform.
The inside of ther window was not trimmed out. The foam isulation that was applied had to be cut to meet the plane of the wall. I had to modify the old moldings to make them fit, because the new window was slightly smaller than the old window it was replacing.

The installers were efficient and detailed. Everything went smooth and the windows and door are great.

Windows look great and all work was done by high quality professionals.

My windows came in quickly. The install was seamless. The crew was very respectful and informative. They cleaned everything up and most importantly made the windows look amazing!

Tech was prompt and extremely nice. Replaced defective portion of two windows in about two minutes.

The service and installation was exceptional.

Install was in July! Still waiting for issues to be fixed! What went wrong is you sent a technician to my house BEFORE the window time given, Tech brought ZERO items to install! Tech said his notes showed that he was supposed to assess what was needed. Parts were supposed to be ordered day of install when you brought the wrong door and defective screen! Wait time so far 3 months and counting! Everyone who works there is a manager but nobody has fixed the cluster of errors thus far. Branch Manager told me he would order back when error occurred only to find out, he did not! Spent almost a week vacation time being home for install and wasted tech appointments! They don’t work weekends or have techs work evenings. Had my husband call them this week, he spoke with both Matt and Stephen (Romeoville location) Stephen said he would comp us but we would have to remove bad review. My husband told him when we get what we paid for we would. We asked for this is writing. Still waiting.

From the estimate to scheduling to installation and follow-up, everyone was extremely nice, helpful, courteous and competent. There was not one thing that was in the slightest way questionable or concerning. In my experience, Customer Service is on the decline in this country. Window Nation obviously has made it a priority in your business model.
