After the initial installation and subsequent failed inspection, I have had to beg to get the inspection approved. I also still have a window that needs to be replaced. I am also missing screens. I'm very disappointed in the service.

Was on time, did great work, good communication.

Snow was on the day of installation and the installers did not cover their boots/shoes. They put tarps/canvus in the work area. The area around the window looked wider than needed and the trim on the bottom was in two pieces noting that the area was not measured properly (measure twice, cut one time) or the trim supply was not adequate. The caulking around the window seemed wider also. The job seems to be air tight but time will tell. Clean up looked good. This is a kitchen garden window install to replace an old garden window with busted ceils.

I gave 4 stars only because the original Measuring was done wrong and all the windows had to be remeasured and reordered which delayed the install from October 2025 to December 2025. When the new Windows were installed in December the install team where great and very professional and the total install for 12 windows including the Coils or outside framing took a total of 3 days. I am very happy with the look and the comfort inside and the craftsmanship of the outside looks is excellent. I will continue to use Window Nation in the future for future projects as I have many more windows to be replaced including glass sliding doors. That will be a future project. Outstanding Window Installation Experience!
I recently had several windows in my home replaced by Window Nation, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From the very beginning, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely caring about making sure I got exactly what I needed.
The sales consultant was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain the different window options, energy efficiency features, and styles without any high-pressure tactics. They provided clear quotes and helped me choose high-quality, energy-efficient windows that perfectly matched my home's aesthetic. I was impressed with the communication I received throughout the process and even more with the manufacturer they chose to use as I am very familiar with them and their high quality product. This was a huge selling point to me. The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect. They were courteous, skilled, and paid attention to every detail, ensuring perfect fits and seals. The job was originally quoted to be complete in one day but even I knew the difficulty of the windows I needed replaced and that this was not going to happen. The installation crew did an amazing job cleaning up afterward. You wouldn't even know they'd been there, except for the beautiful new windows!
Since the installation, I've noticed a huge difference: my home is quieter, more comfortable being winter and no drafts felt through the rooms, and my heater usage has already gone down. The windows look fantastic and have truly transformed the look and feel of my house.
I highly recommend Window Nation to anyone considering window replacement. Their quality products, expert installation, and excellent customer service made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you for a job exceptionally well done!

We had a great sales experience from start to finish. Communication via email and phone for the product ordering and installation was clear and helpful. The installers (Thomas and Jason) were on-time, polite, worked hard, answered all our questions and did a fabulous job!

Completely satisfied with every part of the project. From initial presentation to final measure, scheduling and installation, everything was on time as promised. Installers were high quality, efficient and completed within the planned time frame. Strongly recommended.

The whole experience went quite well. The install took a bit longer than expected but wasn’t “bad”. (2 full days) The install crew did great job on the windows but weren’t very personable. Nice fellas but didn’t have a whole lot to say,,but nice guys. All in all a good experience and would recommend Window Nation. Love the windows.👍🏻👍🏻

The sales representative Chris was great. We never felt pressured; he clearly and efficiently described the product and next steps to installation.
The installation happened sooner than expected and the install crew were very efficient.

All Window Nation staff were exceptionally kind and on top of everything. It was a great experience. My windows are beautiful, everything I was promised. I love my new front door.

Every aspect of the project went flawlessly. The sales representative knew the product and the professional. The representative who measured the custom-made windows did so accurately. The installation was done with two very experienced installers. The windows are a thing of beauty.

We didn't receive our screens for the windows until yesterday!
The job the sub-contractors did was terrible. The totally messed up the stucco around the windows. The guy/s did not have a lot of experience, if any with the saw. Now, a stucco/paint person has to come back and do the repairs! And it's going to be November! The contract was signed July 25, 2025.
As for the windows, they're fine ..so far.

from the time I contacted Window Nation until the time of install has been an AMAZING experience. Jarad, the representative who came out to give us a quote, was so nice and professional. He actually cared and wasn't just trying to sell something. We appreciated that. From the time we approved our order, we were kept in contact with Window Nation. Gilbert, the representative who came out to measure was so thorough. Then once the order had been processed and shipped we were contacted by the installer. The installers were so nice and professional. An incredibly easy transition and we LOVE LOVE LOVE our new sliding glass door. Our sliding glass door is beautiful, and we are so happy and grateful we chose Window Nation. The representative, Gilbert, who measured came out during install to make sure everything was ok and we were also contacted by Jarad, our initial contact, who will also be coming out to see the end result. HIGHLY recommend. Incredibly reasonably priced and QUALITY product. Every time I open our door all I say is I love our door! Exceptional company all around!

It took 3 months from order to installation. I was expecting that. The window was installed with a loose screen and the hoops I had to jump through to get that corrected were rediculous. I had 5 windows replaced by Lowe's a 5-7 years ago and not one of them needed repair immediately or ever for that matter. And dealing with a local company I can get in person service just by going in to the store. I don't have to rely on my phone (which was acting up) or go thru all the rigamarole of getting contact from a person who can actually help.

Started five star, almost six months later I’m changing to a two. I don’t think it will come as any surprise to any of the staff I’ve worked with. Sales team was impressive and kind at our initial meeting, even made an error (did not order one of the windows discussed) right at no charge to us. Initial installation was smooth and professional but one window was broken in transit. These things happen so it wasn’t an issue until it took me months of unanswered calls to finally place a customer service complaint and demand assistance from another manager. He again tried to salvage the experience and found out despite the previous manager telling me multiple times the window “should be on the next truck”, the window had never been ordered. He got it measured and ordered quickly along with the one they had to order from the original error-however when they were installed, the measurements were inaccurately taken or recorded because one of them was manufactured the wrong direction. It was installed as such and proceeded to leak the next week during a rain shower. Other windows were installed without screens and will need to be ordered now as well. The contractors have been kind and professional and do good work but the miscommunication and lack of response to my questions has been extremely frustrating. The branch could likely benefit from a strong woman leader to keep issues like ours organized and taken care of promptly instead of the experience we’ve had. Would recommend the product, but with caution that if you experience an issue past the sales meeting, you better be ready to advocate and follow up relentlessly to make sure you don’t fall through the cracks. Hoping the next trip to our house is the last for a while. We need six more windows and are postponing moving forward because of the time and hassle of this project.

We have anxiously awaited our two "new" windows. Several less informed window companies approached with "deals."

We strongly feel that "cheap is often expensive."

Great job communicating throughout the process. The install crew did a phenomenal job. Worked diligently all day to ensure I was happy with their work.
