The craftsmanship of the windows and the professional installation were exceptional

The installation was great and our house with the new windows looks fantastic.

The whole experience exceeded our expectations.

Window Nation said they could make windows and then could not, they said they would install before winter started and did not they installed in the middle of the winter after months of delays. Window Nation had to make the same windows three times, had to remake slider doors twice, I had leaks into my dining room and bedroom which damaged Sheetrock and hardwood floor buckled. Had rip out and replace with my own money. I had to threaten Window Nation with a law suit for them to complete repairs after almost two years of fighting them to complete the required repairs. I warn people do not use Window Nation I would not wish this on my worst enemies. Go with another company. You have been warned.

All installers were very professional and efficient in the installation of my windows. I would consider using this company for future purchasing additional replacement of my older windows.

The Salesperson, Chris was very responsive whenever I called and helped in whatever way he could.

They’re Fast and Very Efficient. They Respond Quickly and Did A Great Job!

I just got all 30 windows replaced in my house. The whole process was smooth, from my meeting with the sales consultant to the installation. I'm very happy with the quality, look, production wait time (only six weeks) and price of the windows.

From beginning to end, working with the people at Window Nation has been a pleasure. Communication was top-notch, the company's service managers were always pleasant and kept us informed at every step. And the team that put in our windows were obviously experts at their work. They finished our job in record time and also left everything clean and tidy. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Window Nation!

Installer was on time, did a very nice job and was quite pleasant.
Only thing I would have liked is the windows cleaned after installation. I won’t be able to reach into the window well to clean the exterior.

Just an issue (so far) with caulking at bottom of windows.

On time, called ahead, analyzed the 'problem', and performed a fix on 'recently' installed windows and screens. The screens were bouncing/ rattling in high wind, hopefully his improvised solution will work, without further issues.

After receiving an incorrect order the first time (I ordered flat grids, not contour), the company came out again to put in the correct grids. There were both manufacturing and installation problems, so the installation manager ordered three new windows with flat grids. Yesterday, the company came out for the third time, and brought panes with contour grids – not three new windows as promised. I have not heard back from anyone regarding the status of the three new windows. It has been an extremely frustrating situation. Also, I was supposed to have received a check for the difference between flat grids and contour grids; however, the check has never arrived.

From sales to the insall communication was great. Everyone was timely, professional and spot on with their communication for expectations. Install team worked hard and cleaned up after all they did. In 3 months time I've had to have 5 major repsirs done. Working with a number of different contractors Window Nation's team is #1 for meeting expectations. Not to mention I love my windows. Additionally, with the warranty team, due to feedback from another contractor, Window Nation's customer care and warranty team hit too notch once again. They continue to work for you and make you feel like a valued customer. I love my windows!

The windows are wonderful! The installer was focused and made sure that everything was done correctly.

From the moment Elizabeth Willis walked in our door to show us the product to when the install team walked out the door it was an amazing experience.
