Quick and easy sales process, backed up by great work by the installation team. This was my third project with Window Nation and I have had a great experience each time.

The technicians who installed our windows arrived promptly, seemed very knowledgeable and were very friendly and polite. We've had the windows for about a week now, and are very happy with them. They seem to keep noise out and the house seems a lot warmer with the new windows.

The salesperson did not provide us options and did not walk through the sales presentation. We never saw a window, he never entered out home and we NEVER knew we had the option of different tier windows. When we discovered this and confronted the salesperson—we were met with fowl language and yelling. Upon escalating to management, they removed the salesperson from our account and we never heard another thing. When installation day arrived, we were never informed of a time. When we finally reached out we were given 3 different times because it kept getting pushed back. What was promised as one day installation became two. The installation crew chipped and scraped several window sills without fixing, and they made a huge gouge in a bedroom wall where the window hit. Not a single person followed up after installation and the terrible experience we had overall. I asked for a call to discuss our experience and no word from anyone in management. I would never recommend WN again.

Installers were nice quick, and cleaned up well,but maybe clean the windows inside and out when installed

The trim was meticulous, and no touch up needed which we had expected to need to do. Theycleaned the floor, windows and door when they were done so everything looked better than when they’d arrived.

PlWe are happy with our windows. The price was within our budget and service was outstanding. We will recommend WN to our friends!

Arrived on time, very friendly, came in and started working and didn’t stop for nearly 4hours. They explained everything they were doing and went over what they did. The workers laid down protection blankets and cleaned up as they worked and did not leave any kind of trash. They replaced 3 windows and did a great professional job. The windows without the grids are so open, bright and clear. I’m very happy with such a professional job.

Crew that installed the windows was very professional and respectful. Windows look awesome.
I did have an issue with the screens not sliding up all the way but they came back the next day and fixed. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely happy with our result, the WN team was skilled, friendly and efficient. The windows look great, we can't believe how much it improves our homes appearance. The functionality of our windows is really tremendous. We are expecting an energy efficiency as well as they are already showing an outside sound reduction. We will recommend to others.
