At first the experience was semi decent. I was told the time frame to build and come out to install my patio door would be not until June. This was March when this process started. I was perfectly fine with that. Less than 4 weeks later I get a notification that my door was ready to be installed. GREAT NEWS, right ? I told my sales person Keidon London multiple times that I want my patio door to open from the right side looking out. He wrote the correct door down but what appears at my house ? The wrong side. The workers installing it told me to reach out to their boss. In which I did but never had an answer or RETURNED my call…. Even reached out to the local Window Nation and no one returned my call. I gave it a week because why should I be reaching out when your company messed up the order. Decided to call the workers boss Ronald Stewart? again. He didn’t pick up but did end calling me back. He didn’t have any information to give me like I was a forgotten customer. He said he has to look into it… first off if I never called, would I have received a call back ? To me that seemed like I wasn’t going to until I called. He finally calls back with information. We have to make another door and it will take 4-6 weeks. Great news again. I get my door finally, it’s the right one!!! But during the installation they forgot to plug my door and put a lock for the screen door and they messed up my flooring by peeling it. During these installations I was not available because taking 4 days off from work it’s not ethical. I make another appointment for them to come out and finish the patio door. Great they come and they only have an order to plug the door. I told Amy Fitzpatrick that it was missing door plugs and a missing screen door lock. 4 times someone had to come to my house. Last and final time coming out I get the call from the service tech. He says you need plugs and the screen door lock. I said no just the lock. He goes I don’t have that on my truck. I’m like great he would’ve showed up without the part AGAIN. Remind you it’s a small little bracket that goes on the door frame that they should have a bunch in their trucks. This is the worse company I’ve ever worked with. No one returns your calls and keeps pushing you to someone else and all you do is go around in circles.

The installers were great. Cleaned up after themselves. I was disappointed with the damage in some of the screens that were installed. Now waiting for the new ones to come in. I think that this should be looked at before scheduling install to make sure all is 100%.

Window Nation was easy and pleasant to deal with. You were kept informed of the status of your window delivery right up to installation. Installation was quick and clean. Most importantly, the windows are high end quality.

Install went great but they installed the wrong storm door. I ordered one that the glass slides down and didn't get that.

Still waiting on lock for rear slider and they left trash in my yard

They were on time, very neat, explained how they were installing the windows, replaced all the rotted wood on the outside, both men were very pleasant. Everything the salesman stated at the time I signed the contract was exactly the same at the time of installation. No surprises except the windows went beyond my expectations. Also every part of the window has a lifetime guarantee.

Our whole experience been nothing but wonderful from Trish She was absolutely great explained everything that we needed to know, and afterwards if we needed her to answer a question, she would get right back to us. And I can't say enough about the installers they came out. They were friendly introduced themselves. Kept my house clean. I think it was cleaner when they left than when they showed up lol. We couldn't be happier with the job. Update had my windows inspected today, by the town. The inspector was very impressed with the quality of the install. He said you have no problem recommending.Who ever did this excellent job

Your salesman Bob Schein knew his products well. He was also friendly and very personable. The 3 man installation crew were great, finishing the 9 window 2nd floor job in one bitter cold day. Hats off to this group of workers!
