Window installation
Had a good experience but A bit pricey. The workers were excellent at their jobs and kept the area clean. The only concern during the installation was two mismeasured windows that had to be re-ordered, but the company was willing to compensated me for my time. I would use them again in the future.

This was our second time using Window Nation to replace windows (different windows) and we continue to be impressed with the quality of the product, installation work, and communication throughout. Our installer for this most recent project was Andy - he was efficient and personable and did great work.

Mine was a very pleasant experience
Mine was a very pleasant experience. The sales rep. was easy to understand and work with. The installer's were friendly and professional. They did a great job. My only problem is I have had no contact with the company that has the financing.

The process was seamless
The process was seamless. Everything happened on the timeline that was presented. Interestingly we did not replace three windows because they were not as old as the others. BUT-- we have had such hot weather and normally all of our windows steam up with condensation. Not ONE single window nation window showed evidence of that! I love the windows and am very pleased

Everything from sales to installation…
Everything from sales to installation was handled very well all associates were very professional and knew there jobs well. Job was completed on time, the only thing that bugged me was smudges and fingerprints left on he glass after installation , was a simple fix with some windex and paper towels overall was a pleasant experience would recommend window Nation to any body looking for new windows.

Installers great. But others make promises that wasn't kept ona 250 gift card and a 50 dollar dinner gift card would see in 2 weeks after install never received

The outside of the windows had silicone all over them which made it hard to clean up.

Installation service was lacking
Installation service was lacking. WW had to reschedule the installation and then tried to reschedule again but we wouldn't let them. Installer showed up an hour later than we were told he would arrive. After 2 hours he left for lunch and to get some things he forgot. He returned and said he wasn't feeling well and had to leave. Also one of the windows didn't crank open. A different installer came a couple of days later and repaired the window. He couldn't complete the outside portion due to rain. He said he would be back the next day but didn't show up. We were told that he was sick. Finally, he returned and completed the outside work. Both installers said they didn't have the screens for the window. So now we are waiting on screens to be fabricated.
