Had a rough start with rescheduling the install due to not having all windows but the people who installed the windows were great, salesman delivered exactly as promised and we love our new windows.

Moved everything in the house Sunday so they would have ease of access to the windows just to be told Monday morning 10 min after they were supposed to be here that they are rescheduling which was ok but after talking to the installer he said he knew of the reschedule that Friday before hand. So if they had told me that Friday I could have waited to move everything until the night before instead of having to sleep on the couch and having the house a mess for a week

They guys was very courteous and very thorough about their work.

window installers were good. Office was efficient. Needed more follow through.

Window measurements for 4 windows were mismatched. Not able to be installed with the other 12. Had to wait a month. Caused me to have to move heavy furniture again.

When I reported a problem, they were quick to fix it. The workers they sent out were very professional and did an excellent job.

The installation was great. The guys who installed the windows were true professionals. The reason for 4 stars vice 5 was because the price changed twice. They tacked on a $500 install fee due to using scaffolding. Another added expense was because of the windows. It would have been great with original quote.

We ordered 6 windows on 9/13/2025. We have been on the phone with Window Nation numerous time to find out why we have not received our windows and got a run around. They finally showed up today, 11/18/2025.

Everything was great from start to finish. The salesperson was friendly, honest and professional. She worked with us to get the price we wanted and made sure it was the windows we needed for our home. The installation crew was courteous and professional. They did great work quickly and cleaned up the mess. It was an overall awesome experience

The windows look nice and the vinyl does match my cherry trim stain on windows. The installers failed to properly adjust window sashes leaving gaps in all 5 windows. They came back and repaired them. The picture window has a scratch inside and the installers broke the replacement pane so they had to the original pane with the scratch back until another replacement pane available, The scheduler was nice as the installers,

There were a few issues but they were handled quickly and professionally. The office staff was wonderful

Everyone very professional. Great explanations of the window choices, very knowledgeable about all aspects of the replacements. Crew that did the work was very hard working - even in the rain. Kept me informed on the progress. Did a thorough job of cleaning up the work area.

Every One that was part of the this project was very professional and very easy to work with

Think about So I don't make a mistake. I am very very satisfied. I am planning on calling on you all again. Because I have 3 more windows to put in. Hopefully, fully. I can get it by next summer. Will keep you in mind When someone else asks about getting windows done in their home. I would definitely recommend you all.
