Jamial and his team were fantastic. Arrived on time, were courteous and knowledgeable. The team got right to work. They were very efficient. They took the time to look at all the conditions to make sure everything was correct. The detail of the final install was extremely good. Definitely a positive experience. Originally a two day job they were able to get through it in one day. Highly recommended.

My response is if you really took all of this seriously your customer service would not be horrible like it is and I am just one of many. There would be phone calls returned. Talked to a manager over a week ago to voice my concerns. His response was I will call you right back. That was over a week ago. I expected a call back that day. Still have not gotten a call back. When I call I never get to talk to a person, It’s always leave a message. What kind of customer service is that?

The windows are great The installation and the installer did a great job and then the problem started l had 2 bay windows replaced and they had to replace the trim in the house they needed 6" boards had a be ordered said they would order them after several phone calls they came out and installed 5.5 boards a month after the windows was installed

The 2 people who did the work were very good and professional, I enjoyed talking with them. However the door doesn't close properly. I was told someone would be here to fix it. I have not heard from anyone. Would like to have ir taken care of as soon as possible

They do what they say they are going to do. The installation crew was very professional. They cleaned up everything before they left. We are very pleased with their product

We are paying for windows that don’t work. Just got them installed and none of them lock properly. Also the technician criticized other parts of our home insinuating that we broke the windows. They are brand new and should work. Hoping this company will do something to resolve the issue

We purchased our new home and instantly knew we needed new windows and a patio door to maximize our incredible view. Kent from Window Nation came to our home and explained everything with great detail, and we felt confident moving forward with the project. They worked with us every step of the way and everything looks incredible. The installers were professional and clean. We have a lot of mud outside and none of it got in the house! Each window was installed and cleaned with efficeincy. We were very happy with the team. The lifetime warrantee is such a relief, we know we are protected if anything should happen. We defiantly increased our efficiency, value and beauty of our new home!

The crew was on time, polite and cleaned up after the project was done. They took time to demonstrate how the windows operate and answered questions.

The installers were very professional and knowledgeable about the product. They cleaned up after the project and put furniture back.

Started out with a great sales experience with Kent Miller, who explained and showed me why Window Nation windows are the quality windows that I want. Next, the windows were installed by a professional team who know what they’re doing from demolition of the existing windows to installation of the new windows. Last but not least, I was impressed with the way they tested and adjusted the windows to ensure smooth operation before completing the final steps of sealing and caulking for a water tight seal.

Was told if I changed my windows I would not get asian beetles in the house. I still got beetles but the windows look great. I also changed the living back door because mine was very old and I could not get a replacement screen. They installed a French door with no screen. Door is completely useless.
Waiting to hear back from them over two weeks now!

The windows are beautiful and I know I will enjoy them. The crew that installed the windows did leave a lot of knicks in my walls around the windows & did not cover them with anything. They also tracked mud & dirt in my carpet & did not wear the shoe gloves in the house.

This was our second purchase from window nation, 13 windows and last purchase was a new patio door. All of the team that did our services were great! The addition to our house has made things look so much better. Very great quality work. Ty
