Window Nation - Pittsburgh レビュー

Original install of picture window has a molding piece incorrectly cut and installed. Installer put putty in the corner of one of the molding pieces to hide the imperfection but the putty popped off. It’s taken almost a year to get this fixed! They have come out twice and each time have brought the incorrect style of molding. And most recently last month. Maybe 4th time will be the charm?!!! The installer that most recently came last month admitted that Window Nation has not focused on Quality or customer service due to cost constraints. Not a great look for Window Nation. They are one of the cheaper window companies out there, but be careful, you get what you pay for!

The technicians that installed my replacement window did a fantastic job but I must say the reason I gave four stars instead of five is because if window Nation would have the sash then this job would have been very easy to do in this case. These guys worked very hard to get that window installed being that it was just the glass. But again they did a wonderful job.

Constant communication, friendly people, and awesome Design Consultant and installers.

Great work installers were very meticulous to detail.

The price was reasonable, installers were great. They kept their work area organized and clean and did a great job on the installation .

Great experience from the start to finish

We are very pleased with our Window Nation purchase, install.
The arrival was right when I was told it would be, no delays. The guys put down cloth to protect our floors, installed our 11 windows in several hrs.,cleaned up every piece of trash, took our old windows. Our new windows look great !

Great installation. Quick and friendly

Good sales presentation. Some confusion on payment via credit card.

Placed a warranty claim on one of our windows that the glass had cracked. Of course I had to pay $150 up front for labor. Then I had to keep calling as I received no response from WN. So then the tech shows up at our house but without the replacement glass. To make matters worse, once the tech got the replacement glass, it cracked as well. So now I will have to wait another 6+ weeks. Horrible customer service!!!

very professional job, they cleaned up very well

everything they said they would do, they did....come on time, do the work, clean up.

The father and son did very knowledgeable of the work they were doing, they answered all my questions and was very polite. I'm very nice and they were on time and they cleaned up everything, I would recommend window nation to anybody

Work was done to my satisfaction, the employee's that did the installation were very respectful and made sure everything was done right.

Good job. No complaints

The crew worked very hard and at a quick pace. They were also very polite. They cleaned up nicely afterwards too.

Great service and quality windows!!

Window Nation was great with the installation and the clean up! The guys did excellent in putting the windows in and installing all the trimming, caulking etc... They also cleaned all the windows when the they were complete and swept everything inside and out..the windows are beautiful. I love them!!!

The installers were prompt and efficient, left the site clean, and made the service repairs to damaged screens from manufacturer defect and shipping damage at the time of install. The windows made immediate noticeable improvements to the house's heat envelope.
