Window Nation - Pittsburgh レビュー

The whole process from the first call to the last inspection was great really nice people working for them excellent service

I did not receive a call the morning of installation before arrival when i swore i was told i would. I did not like the fact that the workers were not fluent in English - which made it difficult when I was unsure about the amount of caulking on my marble windowsills. Also, no one from Window Nation contacted me after until i contacted them. I would have thought my sales rep or higher up would have reached out to make sure all went well.

Team was on time, knowledgable and worked very professionally in my home. Our 2nd time using window nation and will continue to use them in the future.

Great job! Very professional. Explained everything clearly, went over each window and friendly.

Fast delivery, efficient service, professionalism of installer and friendly

Very professional. Installer was fantastic. Very happy with everything.

The installer had professional courtesy and respect which means a lot to me. There was no vulgarity, no inappropriate comments even when we conversed.
The windows look good. I am pleased. If the need arises for more window replacements, I will definitely contact Windows Nations.

Very friendly installers and easy process. The windows were manufactured and installed almost exactly within the time frame we were told from the start. The windows look great and we are very happy. Chris was a great salesman.

The crew showed up on time and worked very well together completing our window install very timely. Cleaned up after themselves and were informative!

We absolutely love the new windows! The father and son Todd and Todd Police who came to install were kind, very careful with the windows and took great care to minimize the mess and cleaned up when they were finished. Very professional!

I had six windows replaced on 10/10/25, including one wide, 3-part picture window. From first contact to installation, from sales rep to installer, my experience was positive - rep was on time (early, actually), professional, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable in his explanation and demonstration, patient with my questions, and easy to contact afterwards. WN kept me updated on estimated installation date and were flexible to accommodate my schedule. The installer was also on time and kept me informed of his arrival time. He, likewise, was professional, friendly, got the job done quickly and well, and cleaned up spotlessly. I'm very happy with the products, the employees, and the company and would highly recommend them.

The installer was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked efficiently from start to finish.
The new windows look great!

The crew sent out was very nice to work with. They covered everything with plastic which was responsible. Hopefully they were as competent as they seemed. They constantly worked and did not waste time.

The two young men that installed our patio door were meticulous & did a very thorough job. It looks fantastic! We are 100% satisfied with the installation. Great job & workers.

The overall experience was great. The installation crew was very clean and meticulous. I couldn’t be any happier.

Wonderful service and very prompt . Installation went smooth and they cleaned up everything and left zero mess.

Windows were installed quickly and efficiently. Crew cleaned up after themselves.

The caulk around the new sliding door has already fallen and needs to be replaced. Didn’t make it a day.

Great product, even better service and installation process.
